My friend and I just went to get coffee and from the moment we were greeted at the drive-thru it was a wonderful customer service experience from Barry N! He was nice and enthusiastic to take our orders and assist us. He even saw my friend shaking her caramel macchiato and told her a different way to order it so they would mix it for her! Barry needs a raise! Never change Barry!!
manager was really nice and helpful when explaining to me when me and my mom came in todayexcited to redeem my stars at this location soon, heard there will be pre ordering on their app too.was still able to gain stars with my gift card on my app
Thank you for making things right, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru this morning and had an order that was messed up, and accidentally double charged for one of the drinks. I called and the manager Tessa said she would give me a refund on the one drink. I came in later tonight for that refund, had a new drink made for me to take home, and she gave me a paper with a “order remake” for both of my drinks to make up for the mistake earlier today.
