Extremely rude workers. Screams at kids. They made me pay 16 dollars for a meal it was supposed to have a drink and cookie and they did not give me cookie or drink and still made me pay full price. I tried to be nice but she was so rude.

Was excited about eating subway here but service is really bad, employees get mad at you if you ask for extra sauce or anything in general they make you repeat your order around 5 times because they hate what they do and they are not even putting attention to you, I was with someone else and the cashier Cody rolled his eyes at us when we said we were paying together! Worst subway experience, I don’t expect a lot but not this bad of a service! Wouldn’t come again! I prefer to pay more anywhere else than have this bad of a service

We had such a great experience last night at the valleyfair subway... these lady's made my night...the hours had just changed for the end of summer and I sure didn't realize and had walked in 5 mins before they closed ... not only were they willing to still make us food they also had the the most accommodating demeanors... the place was so well maintained and clean that they whipped up our 3 sandwiches in no time... really topped off our day of being at valleyfair .... these ladies were amazing!!!! Thank you for the experience!!!
