If you want to experience eating a yoga mat, come to this place. Right when I walked in, there was this fowl stench of musty old bread. And when I took a bite out of my sandwich, my bread was extremely stale. Felt like someone dunked it in a tub of water and then left it out for 6 days to rot on the table. The floor is a mess and no one cleans it up. And there is spider webs everywhere. A spider crawled up my arm.
employees are very rude and sharp with tones, no eye contact, and NO customer service. prices were INSANE. 15 dollars for a 6 inch sandwich. no drink or cookie! i do not recommend, save your self the time and money!

Daughter and I were really looking forward to a Subway sandwich at Valley Fair but the experience was underwhelming. The biggest disappointment was the lack of meatballs, which was a major letdown. A Footlong, 6inch, two drinks and two cookies came to nearly $50! The sandwich we had to get wasn’t great either. Overall, not worth the $ or disappointment.

This Subway is a great little place in Valleyfair the brown hair guy named Stephen is a little rude and couldn’t see me over the glass but otherwise it’s good but pricey

Order a sandwich on the app. App said 20 minutes and it took 45. One person came in to place a walk in order and after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by the staff at all he walked out.
Alyssa was a rockstar. (More below) I’m not typically one to leave a review, however I felt this one was necessary. Employees don’t control the pricing, so yes, I feel it is overpriced compared to other Subways. However I have the all season dining pass, which negates the pricing problem for me.Alyssa was working with a male partner today. Together they did a great job. However, Alyssa far exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 5 people with us. She was extremely friendly and courteous while working with us. I actually told her they need more employees like her! She was very quick in getting us through the line during one of the busiest times of the day. (Her workflow was not sloppy, but full of efficiency and experience. She could work fast, and well.) She had a smile the entire time, and was extremely polite. I’m not sure what happened the day the other reviewer came across her, however that was not the case today. This girl deserved a gold star for today!

Alyssa was incredibly rude to customers and her coworkers. I forgot the man's name that was working today but she belittled him to customers because they were short on food. He said ranch needed to be prepped and instead of doing so, she just told customers they didn't have any. He was the only one being nice to customers. Alyssa would rush customers and yell if they asked for something that wasn't prepped.

They were out of ice, coke, bread, most cheeses, roast beef, and bowls. 4 flatbreads, 3 chips, and 2 drinks cost $71!! Pack your lunch if you want to eat healthy and not go broke!
After reading reviews tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but I guess I couldn't get prove wrong. I walked in immediately a foul smell.

Service was great and prompt but this is not your average subway. Limited menu and no toasting. Microwaving but...come on. Also I didn't know they could charge $45 for 2 foot longs. Drinks were an extra 5. Just go with the pizza place.

I'm about to file a police report for the theft of my money and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On Wednesday 10/26/22, from Subway Store# 21209-0, in Shakopee MN, I ordered a 6" Turkey sandwich with Provolone Cheese, lettuce, Spinach, Green Pepper, Block Olives, Onions, & Mayonnaise. What I ended up with was everything I asked for AS WELL AS TOMATOES, BANANNA PEPPERS AND SWEET ONION TERIYAKI GLAZE! I tried to go back to the store two hours later, with my receipt and ruined sandwich in hand that I have not yet eaten but there was only one associate in the entire store and six customers waiting in line to be helped. I went back to the store that night and was told that only a manager could give me a new sandwich or give me my money back (all I wanted was a new sandwich done correctly). I went back yesterday, a day later, and was told the Manager would be in the store today (Friday) from 11-2. So, I went to the store this morning at 11:30am (mind you, this is my FOURTH attempt back to this store to get my sandwich done right) and was told that the Manager had to go to a meeting!!!!!! I think what i find the most appalling is the statement at the bottom of my receipt that reads: "If it's not right, I'll make it right. Leeann Doyen 9524020160." Here's my problem with that - first, the manager has to actually be in the store or the associates will do nothing about their mistake. Second, when trying to call the store, the phone rings once, then there's a click, then the line goes dead. Third, trying to actually catch this Manager actually working in the store is like trying to win the lottery - I have better odds of actually winning the lottery. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that serves food be completely unwilling to correct a food order not done correctly, especially when I had the ruined product and receipt in hand. This is completely unacceptable. Please note that this store is receiving many, many negative complaints on Google - does Corporate actually give a damn that there's a Subway store out there that's this terrible to its customers? They're representing the Subway brand and they're doing a VERY, VERY POOR job of it! Right now on Google, the average of all of the google reviews for this store is 2.6 out of 5 stars. Come on Subway, you REALLY need to do something about this store and its LOWSY Manager Leeann Doyen!
Some blond kid messed up my order
This place sucks they where sword fighting in the front of the store, made rude comments and overall sucked at there job. Never going to this subway again
DO NOT GO HERE. I found a bug in my pop and not to mention 2 footlong sandwiches with 2 drinks costed $50. This is ridiculous, would rather starve than ever go here again.
