4 out of 5 times we have been through the drive through including last night, they have forgotten food that we have paid for. Last night we were missing 4 hard shell tacos that were on the receipt. Will not be going to the Shakopee location anymore. Please check bags before giving to your customers. Very careless.

Seems like I wait longer and longer every time I’m there, their new location looks nice but the food got worse (me and my friends got food poisoning), and when someone asks NO tomato’s, you might not want to add them to everything INCLUDING a chicken quesadilla. Don’t expect me to rave the new place when the quality hasn’t changed a bit.

I placed an on line order for a 5:45 pickup, when we arrived at the time, the drive through line was into the street. We decided to go into the store to pickup our order and found out that there was only two employees working. I do not know if others were scheduled or not, but I do want to commend the two that were there. They were very busy but our order was correct and they were very pleasant and personal. Please thank them for there hard work.

I ordered my favorite tacos, the double decker. They were all broken up and smashed.
I'm usually pretty lenient towards fast food places given that I've worked in a fast food joint, but holy cow. Pieces of plastic in my food is room for concern on top of a screwed up order. I'd rather not bite into a piece of plastic thank you.
