Every time I Have ordered for delivery they mess up the order, leave things out, deliver sour food, or don't deliver it at all but actually charge me. I had to file a dispute with credit card co for order they billed me for but could not find to either deliver or credit back. Don't buy this garbage.
Paid online and then didn’t get my entire order because “we are out of that”. I was told to call Chipotle 800 number for a refund. Get your act together! Shameful. Your stores are going downhill quickly. Maybe you should also manage expectations on timing of picking up orders.
