At 10:20 on Saturday morning on April 30th.
Used the drive-through and paid by cc for food. The employee had us drive up by the door most likely because our food wasn’t ready. She then yelled at us as we were driving out from the pick-up window because she wanted to see our credit card again. Told us to back up with a car behind us in the drive through. This Wendy’s location is now known for closing the dining room without postage stating this, the first door will be open to allow you inside the building but the next door will be locked not allowing you into the dining room. This is extremely frustrating but even more so when I am working with a individual who has a developmental delay. I ordered 2 regular crispy chicken sandwiches plain . I got my food and begin to go home when I realized they weren't plain. I went back through the drive through told them my order was wrong they told me to pull ahead and they would remake my food. Waited about 20 minutes still no food. Finally one of the workers came out said it would be 5 more minutes . I waited another 10 minutes still no food I went inside with the order that was wrong.
