I always buy dipped cones and I stay inside to eat them so I get to eat them and not wear them

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and it somehow gets worse every single time. Not a single piece of chocolate in my smores blizzard. Never coming here again

Because you wanted to save $.03 worth of product while charging $3.99 for a medium cone, I will never return to DQ. Cutting portion size and increasing price?

How to run a successful business (in order of importance).

1. Take care or your customers.
2. Take care of your employees.
3. Manage your costs.

Do these things in this order and that will take care of the bottom line.

Businesses who only care about the bottom line will lose customers and good employees.

Just close your doors if you're going to cheat your customers.

One last thing. I was in restaurant management for years. I understand food costs. However, you can't take a percentage to the bank. Would you rather sell ten ice cream cones at 20% food cost or 100 ice cream cones at 30% cost? Do the math!

Customers who are happy with their purchase will return. Customers who feel they're being cheated or overcharged for ridiculously small portion sizes, or skimpy toppings won't return. It's not that difficult.

Whomever owns and/or manages this location is an idiot.

Ridiculous!!

Ordered a chocolate dipped cone on the app. It was jammed inside a cup. They didn't even give me a spoon. I had already pulled away by the time I saw it. The top of the cone was stuck in the cup, I didn't even eat it. I've never had that happen before. If I wanted a sundae, I would have ordered one..

The seating area could be a little bigger outside and I miss the banana split blizzard

I gave them a chance to call me back.
Like others:
I ordered Blizard (2@heathbar) with xtra hot fudge.
I got 2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream.
This is not the first, but you can bet it will be the last, especially after reading other reviews
And then the auto generated response from some where or maybe even some ID 10 T.
If this is how you run a business then hopefully that won't last long. 16$ for vanilla ice cream. And from taste i bet more like watered down ice milk.
I support mom and pop all over SSP/IGH/WSP.
But this one no more.
