Been a customer for about a year now, and I can't stress how happy I am to have found Health Junkies. Their meals taste amazing and beat out other meal plans by a country mile! Highly recommend ?
I have been a customer for over two years. Health Junkie has been a game changer when it comes to eating healthy. So convenient and great choices. Easy ordering and pick up. Takes the guess work out of what is for dinner. Also appreciate the healthy oats options. Great customer service as well.
I just love Health Junkie! I love that they are local, healthy, no prep, reasonably priced and flexible! We also love the variety of meal options. Tater tot hot dish is my fav!!
Easy to heat, affordable meals that take the guesswork and time commitment of preparing nutritious and balanced meals. Have recommended this to multiple friends and family.
As a regular meal prepper, I recently decided to venture into the world of meal prep services. Wanting a convenient and healthy lunch option for my workdays, I ordered five meals for test. Here's my honest opinion about the experience:Pros:One of the standout advantages of this meal prep service is the simplicity and ease of the ordering process. I appreciated the abundance of customizable options available, allowing me to tailor the meals to my preferences.Another notable positive is the convenience of the microwave-safe and disposable containers provided. With no need to worry about washing dishes after a meal, it made the whole process even more hassle-free.Cons:However, there were a few aspects that fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the serving size left much to be desired. For example, when it came to pasta, the portion provided was approximately half of what you would typically receive at a restaurant. Considering that everyone has different body types and metabolic rates, the portion size was not sufficient for a satisfying meal, at least for me.Additionally, despite selecting the low-carb and sub-with-veggie options, the lack of generous portion sizes meant that I didn't receive an adequate amount of vegetables as I had anticipated. This was a disappointment, as I was hoping for a substantial dose of nutritious greens in each meal. Moreover, the flavoring and seasoning of the food were disappointingly plain. While I generally prefer lightly seasoned meals, the lack of taste in these prepared dishes was even more pronounced. Flavor is an important factor for me when it comes to staying motivated with meal prep. If the food lacks tastiness, I find myself tempted to dine out instead, which defeats the purpose of meal prepping for a healthy and budget-friendly lifestyle.Overall, my first experience with this meal prep service had its share of positives and negatives. The ease of ordering and the convenience of the containers were definite advantages. However, the inadequate serving sizes, limited vegetable portions, and lack of flavoring left me somewhat unsatisfied. As someone who values taste and nutrition in equal measure, I may need to explore other meal prep options that better align with my preferences and needs.

The food is great! Made fresh weekly! If you’re sick of cooking, or sick of cooking but your trying to eat healthy then this is definitely a route I would recommend!
Eating healthy has never tasted so good!
Health Junkie meals are the best in the area, in fact, I have tired several local meal prep companies and I find their meals to be the healthiest and they use best ingredients. Their weekly selection is top notch and being someone with Celiac I still have several options each week that I can choose from. I recommend then to everyone I know that takes their health and wellness serious.
I’ve been working a lot of hours lately & ordering fast food since I didn’t have much time for meal planning/grocery shopping/cooking/clean up afterwards.Health Junkie came up when I searched Delivery near me.Am thrilled to have stumbled across them. The perfect solution to having healthy, good tasting food on hand that I don’t feel bad about afterwards. Love that the containers are recyclable.Other meal prep companies generate a ton of garbage because the ingredients are all packaged individually. So glad to have found you!!

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how the service is always excellent and they keep the spot clean at all times. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.
Best quality and good prep foods
Hands down my favorite meal prep company. They have a good selection of meat and vegetarian/vegan. I am also always impressed with how much flavor they are able to pack into the food. I have yet to try a meal I didn’t enjoy.Additionally, they are super flexible and accommodating. I placed an order without realizing I would be out of town the subsequent week and they refunded my order with no hesitations. They also respond to any questions I have very quickly- which I send via text. You can tell they care about their business and customers, and it shows. I recommend their service to anyone I know is interested in meal prep.
I actually liked their dishes and service, awesome location right next to my residence. The cashiers are always friendly. Highly recommended.
