Been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks always the same rude young man working put a smile on your face ps peanut butter on the pup cups now? Same person refused to take pup cup with peanut butter on it back and give me plain vanilla 3 times really???

I have been to this Dairy Queen two times in the last couple months and both times I have had a horrible experience. I had two different employees both times and both were equally as rude and disrespectful. I sat in the drive through much longer than I should’ve been both times. When I got to the window, the worker was acting like customers were a bother and simple questions were too much. I overheard her talking to other customers behind me and she was being extremely rude. The worker I had today hardly said a word to me. Extremely disappointed in this service. I expect better from employees. I will not be visiting this location again.

Our family of four went though the dive thru for supper. Spent around $50. And everyone’s food was far from hot. It was later in the evening around 8pm. Not real busy and took longer than expected.

Nobody working the counter so we all left. Girl taking drive thru orders kept saying ugh I don't want to take any more orders..Guy working in kitchen said no everytime he got a food order. Very unprofessional here so we won't return

On 5/19/25 at 3pm we are very frustrated that our cards were declined and the guy working said “there is nothing I can do about it” We told him it was his machine, he offered no solution. I wonder what they did with the stuff they made….

Had two cheeseburgers and a shake on 5-17-25. Ended up getting food poisoning also. DO NOT EAT HEAR!!! Unless you like food poisoning!!
Forgot to review a few months ago... We ordered 4 blizzards and they barely put any toppings in it. When I asked about adding more, because I didn't see very much, they refused. I'm hoping things have changed.😔

We ate there on 4-21-2025. I ended up with food poison from eating there. Missed work two days because I was that lethargic. Friends of ours who ate there that night got sick too from eating same food. All employees were very rude and made smart-ass comments to customers. I would stay away. Visit a local gas station and you will have a better meal. Slow restaurants I can deal with. Gambling with peoples health with food poison is uncalled for.

Honestly, go anywhere else. We ordered 3 meals, one being a kids meal. They gave us someone else’s food right away, we gave it back. We waited for a while to get our food and when we got it my burger was completely wrong. Realized they still hadn’t given us my son’s milk or the blizzard we ordered. Stated they already made it. Don’t know where it ended up. Every table and booth is gross and sticky and the bathrooms are disgusting……. 0/5. Do NOT go here…..
