Decided to try something new for breakfast. I’m so glad we did. Hubby and I decided to order and share the Spicy Chicken Egg biscuit, the Loaded Avocado Toast and the Bananas Foster Monkey bread. My comment after the first bite of the monkey bread was OMG! It’s about the size of a doughnut. I don’t know how they do it but It seems like it’s deep fried with a crust of sugar, with caramelized bananas and pecans in a delish sauce. First time here today, and my family and I loved it! I got a hazelnut mocha, and it’s the best specialty coffee I’ve had in a while. Not too sweet, not too bitter. What a nice treat to have in Spicer!

Nice little drive-thru coffee hut located in the Green Lake Mall, just south of Green Lake in Spicer. They offer a surprisingly expansive coffee/espresso menu, plus smoothies, matcha, rishi teas, and uncaffeinated drinks. While the website states that they have pastries and food, I did not see them on the menu, but I was also solely interested in a caffeine fix prior to setting out on a 72-mile bike ride on a nippy morning.
