Asian Bistro Reviews
My second time here. Thought I would give you another chance. Wrong! Dumpling wraps were doughy, soft and mushy. I'm no Asian chef, but the pasta should be al dente and stand up to being cooked with filling. Viet egg rolls, same. Do you even know how to make Vietnamese egg rolls? Answer: No. The outside layer should be delicate and crispy, not clumpy and doughy. Sorry, but for a second time, NO. I'm not sure how you guys are staying in business. Best of luck.
Love this place!! Been here 4 weeks in a row. Unlike other reviews, I and my family have found the food delicious. Very consistent. Soups are very good. Shrimp toast is out of this world! Vietnamese Fried Egg Rolls are also a favorite. Chow Mein, Beef Chow Fun, Kung Pao Chicken, Seasame Shrimp, Mongolian Beef have all been great. Love the atmosphere and the service. Great people!
after the new management, I had got spring rolls, Mongolian chicken and Kung pao beef.
the spring rolls were absolutely terrible, almost no spice, just lettuce and unseasoned pork.
the Mongolian chicken and Kung pai beef pretty much looked the exact same and clearly were using the same base sauce that was not seasoned well and just bland.
also the price nearly doubled for smaller portions from the original management.
this is not recommended at all...read full review
