Back Channel Brewing Co. is a west metro brewery located on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, offering a cozy taproom and a variety of well-executed beers, including a good selection of IPAs. The brewery features a spacious setting with a large outdoor patio that provides plenty of seating and a beautiful lake view, making it a great place to gather with friends. It is dog-friendly and has activities such as sports on a large outdoor screen, games, and live music. Visitors can enjoy refreshing drinks, including the pina colada hard seltzer, and a range of snack food inside, as well as a rotation of food trucks outside.

The staff is friendly and service at the bar is fast. There is a large free parking lot and bike racks available. The brewery is supportive of the home brewing community and hosts events like hot sauce tastings.
