Back Channel Brewing Co. is a west metro brewery located on Lake Minnetonka, offering a cozy taproom and a variety of well-executed beers, including a good selection of IPAs. The brewery has a spacious setting with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, providing a dog-friendly environment and activities such as sports on TV, games, and live music. A Voyageur Sauna is available onsite, with knowledgeable sauna stewards.
