“Omg this place is a hidden gem for sure. I stopped by as I was in the area & was looking for a place to work since the library was closed. I was very pleasantly pleased by this location. I feel bad though because I had like 10 minutes to eat as I had to be somewhere. I’m gonna have to come back when I have more than 10 minutes! I will 100% be back and will recommend this place to all my friends!”

“I've been to a solid number of wineries in my lifetime, and Four Daughters has always been the best. I first went there in 2014 and have basically been thinking about it ever since then. It's about three hours away from my house in a direction we don't go very often, so I didn't get the chance to go back until ten years after the fact. I made a special detour to go by myself, and I didn't have very long, but I got to do a white wine tasting and have the cheeseburger. Truly one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had - and the fries too. Parmesean truffle fries. There wasn't a single wine I didn't like. The moscato-ish one was a bit too sweet, but I would still happily drink it. The Brianna is my absolute favorite, but any of the whites are really spectacular. If you like wine even a little bit - if you like cheeseburgers even a little bit - you have GOT to go.”

“I tried Dairy Queen and A&W. Both were not clean even though they weren't busy. The Subway was super well-kept, clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly.”

“This place has a bad rap bc of bad management in the past. I have had several recent experiences that are fantastic. Food is fast and fresh, staff are friendly, restaurant is clean, and one of the workers even came around checking on tables while we ate. Come back to Spring Valley DQ!Kid-friendliness: Great food, and allowed us to get ice cream later so it didn't melt while we ate main meal.”

“We have a campsite at Deer Creek speedway and come up from northern Iowa every weekend. We usually come up on Thursday afternoon and go to Carr's Bar and Grill for supper. Always prompt service and excellent food. I normally get the steak tip dinner. EXCELLENT! Always leave feeling full.”

“This place was an awesome find when visiting the state park! Pick your favorite wolf while you wait for your food to arrive. We started with the sampler platter - the taquitos were just ok, but everything else was really good. I ordered the thick crust veggie pizza and can attest that they really heap on the toppings. Crust was really good! Tasted great in the restaurant and leftovers reheated really well. Would definitely eat here again. Note - Cash Only! They have an ATM on-site but plan ahead....”
