Great little small town place for breakfest. Busy place could maybe used another waitress. She was literally running trying to keep up... food was homemade. Will go back again when in town
When I first moved to town in 2010 I used to bring my 3 boys in for breakfast. It literally was one of the only places I could afford to take the whole family. It’s very decently priced and over the years has not had much increase. My youngest boy always “rates” different restaurants omelets compared to Big Bobs. Most of the time he ends up saying….”not as good as Big Bob’s”. I also enjoy seeing what coffee cup I will end up with, as they are all different and also...
We try to get breakfast here at least once while we stay in Forestville State Park. The staff is always welcoming when we go, very friendly service. Homecooked breakfasts, classic small-town diner feel and menu which is what we love it. They keep your coffee cup full and your food is usually out pretty quick and piping hot. It's relatively inexpensive and the portions are just right. A great fueled breakfast to start our day exploring the outdoors. Recommend highly, we repeatedly...
