We ordered and waited 10 minutes and didn’t get our food and wouldn’t have gotten our food if we didn’t go up and ask. Not pleased and won’t be coming back

The floors were so greasy, couldn't hardly walk with out falling. Put some damn soap in the mop bucket, not grease. Bathrooms looked like a tornadoes came through. Service was very slow, no customer service skills. Haven't been there for years, and now I remember why...

This place was so under staffed when I was there I felt sorry for the workers! The owners must hire more people to work here! Or the owners could come in and work. I will only return to this place during a slow time.

The place was hopping busy and the two working out front were busting their tails to keep up. Haven't seen fast food workers like that ever. Great ice cream treats all served with a smile!

Crazy to see how far this DQ has declined since loosing Mike B. Lazy workers, always making food incorrectly, and having to wait 20+ minutes in the drive through. Not to mention how dirty it is on the inside too. Should’ve kept the workers who actually cared about making this DQ great, and working hard to get it there!

The food was cold and hard I ordered a m&m blizzard small large cheese curd and a burger with a large Dr Pepper my blizzard was just water basically my Dr Pepper was coke. The manager on duty Kayla jones was very disrespectful and rude I handed her my card and she slammed the wind on me. The area where they make the blizzards was gross. The older lady I think her name tag said Amy she was very sweet. Kayla was very condescending I tried to tell her we didn’t order the chicken but she didn’t care and just handed me the bag. I will not be coming back in the day when Kayla is working.

Garbage can right next to register, ordered 2 medium hot fudge sundaes, cups we half full, paid extra for pecans and whipped cream, they forgot the whipped cream, had to go back and get it, going to Culver's from now on.

every time I’ve gone there, they’ve missed a part of my order that I’ve paid for, and the time it takes in the drive-through is excessively long, 20 minutes For fries and a slushy.

I called corporate. Look at all of the 1 star reviews, that has pretty much been my experience the past few times. Doesn't matter if it's lunch or supper time, still the same service. It didn't always use to be like this either. I don't know if they are under staffed or what is going on, but I see that the owner seems to reply to these reviews, to which I must say, stop replying to them and FIX IT! there are a lot of 1 star reviews on here and yet NOTHING, has been done to fix the issues, that much is clear! I should also add that I have NEVER written a review about a restaurant, or at least not to this extent. Hopefully this changes soon.

Drove outta of the way to find some sit down fast food. We get there and the lobby is closed. They lost business to a family of 5 as I refuse to give money to places that can't keep the lobby open. It takes no extra staff to let people sit.

Worst experience at any type of restaurant I have had. Fast food or not- we ordered in and sat down- the lady delivered us the wrong food despite us having a table number for her to go off of. We waited 30 minutes for 1 burger and 3 chicken strip baskets. Nothing over the top. Once we finally received our food it was awful. The chicken strip breading soggy, burger extremely over cooked, one cup of gravy had chunks in it, one was completely watered down and there was no thickness to it and the next was literally almost empty. I took the cup up there and asked them to fill it, she said we’re out. So instead of apologizing and explaining you ran out you decided to hand out a cup of gravy that would be enough for 2 French fry’s… $55 in food went in the tank trash. Horrible customer service, awful Dairy Queen. I wouldn’t waist your time.
