Stellar 181 Taphouse

We had efficient and friendly services on our quick stop through town. The smash burgers were tasty and we were happy with the variety of fries.

We were slightly confused by the lay out and what we assumed was additional seating was actually the shop next door.

One of my favorite parts is the unique changing table in the bathroom, along with the fact that they provide individual hand towels for drying hands. No waste!

I would probably return if I come through town again.

The food is of the typical bar type, but seemed a little on the salty side. The serving platters are way larger than the food portions, so it gives the appearance of not getting value for your money. Also, one person in our group had a food allergy that was disclosed up front and they got sick a short while after eating their meal, so be aware if you are food sensitive.

Service started off great but fell off mid way through the meal. Some people had their drinks forgotten, and our 2nd round was given after we were almost done with our meal and ready to go.

Typical rustic atmosphere with large tv's to watch sports if you're into that thing.

it's a nice place, food was ok kinda bland or plane I expected better I'm my mind. beer was really good, price was descent, I had chicken bacon mac n cheese. I added my queso cheese dip to mine an it brought the dish to life.

Ate late lunch here. Service was friendly but not overwhelming. Food was delicious. We had the Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap and the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious as wer w the sweet potato fries. The fries were perfectly cooked and salted. If coming this way, we'd recommend this place.

My wife and I stopped in for beer and appetizers, and wow, absolutely blown away! Not your typical bar food. We had pulled pork sliders - honestly, the best I've ever had anywhere - and wings, which were smoked, tender and tasty. And the side of pub chips, are you kidding me, so, so good - hot, home-made, hand-carved, thick and crispy potato chips! Nice atmosphere, great selection of tap beer, and wait staff Jill and Shelby were both great at suggesting food options and providing friendly, quick and attentive service. We'll be back!

Pork Mac n cheese was sub par. We paid $5 for the pork and there might have been 1/4cup....maybe. it was dry and crusty like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Burger did not have good flavor. Fries and ranch were good. Waitress was very nice.

This place is one of those small town diamonds. Walk-in and get immediate service and great quality food with appetizing variety.

Hard to go wrong by stopping at Stellar 181 Taphouse. This is a gastro-pub done correctly. Clean, bright and welcoming. Smash burgers, big people mac & cheese, ribeye, loaded up salads, monster bone-in wings, fettuccini Alfredo, pub chips with queso, reubens, chicken sandwiches shaved ribeye Philly and lots more. Service was attentive, friendly & fast. The taps provided a wide variety for everybody's tastes. The tap selections rotate periodically with a keen eye for excellence. You won't regret stopping here and decompressing a while. Well done to the owners & staff at Stellar 181 Taphouse, great job! KUDOS!!!

We did not eat,although the food looked great we enjoyed a cocktail and they were delicious. Highly recommend stopping here!! Can’t wait to come back to eat.

We Ate there 6/7/25 for the first time. Great food excellent service. Smoked iowa pork chops special was the best I ever had in my life hands down. Plus Great Bourbon selection 👌 server Jacqueline is a Sweetheart ask for her.
