Second time I didn’t receive any sauces with my stix. Didn’t complain the first time. This time I’m very frustrated. I shouldn’t have to check at the counter in store before I leave! Severely disappointed and the sauce is a family favorite. Might have to look elsewhere as this is a trend.

Lazy driver can't be bothered to knock. Just leaves order outside on a sub freezing day. What a joke.

Shouldn't give them any stars as I was not able to order. This is the second time I have shown up to place an order and, though the store was open, there was no one inside. I waited, rang the bell, and even tried calling but no one appeared. I sat in my car for 10 minutes while I placed an order somewhere else and looked up to see two employees walking in the front door. From where? Why is the door open and no one is even in the store?

I came to buy some pizza at like 11:50 and they told me they were closed I asked him isn’t it supposed to be at 1 he just gave me a vague explanation about why they where closed.

I'm just posting a review based on the Manager's posted replies to customer's alone.

"Maybe learn how to read before leaving 2 bad reviews." This was actually posted in a review publicly to a customer's review. This isn't Twitter or TikToc. People don't take the time to comment/review on google unless they have a reason, whether they are right or wrong. Have some professionalism and maybe take a class in conflict resolution and business communication. Your grammar should be at least somewhat on par with your customer. As it is, you look like kid posting on social media. If your pizza is 100 times better than your etiquette, it would still be awful. Our family has had "pizza night" every Saturday since the late 80's. Your Reviews and how you reply are just as important as the quality of your food. You are 100% turning away buisness by, quite frankly, acting like a child in your replies. I will take the word of your reviewers and how poorly you responded to virtually every one of them and avoid your establishment.

I went here quite a bit ago and it was nice. I ordered a small pizza I believe and sat down for a bit it took a while to get out and it was good when it did come out. It was good no complaints on any of the fronts!

I had tried topper wings in eau claire before and it was good size wings. But this one here is totally off the menu not what I expected. The wings was
so small the size of my thumbs and toes. Looked like this location serves pigeon wings or baby chicken wings. Not even worth $17. I will not be coming back to this topper pizza again.

Ordered a pizza from them and I have to say the quality and customer service has went dramatically down hill. First the tracker didn't work, second the delivery man didn't even knock on the door just left it so we had no way to know the pizza was even there other then to check based off estimated time, then the pizza was doughy. I called asked for a manager was told we'll sir it isn't our fault you didn't check for out driver I asked for a refund and was placed on hold and left on hold for 35 min called back was hung up on. Absolutely poor customer service especially when I paid 30.00 bucks for one pizza.

Usually have great expirience here.

Pizza arrived smashed to one side of the box. Called about replacement and THE DRIVER answered the phone and got smart with us about "not slinging the pizza around." Can hear workers laughing in the background about the pizza. Unprofessional.

I specifically put in notes on the order to ring the buzzer so that we know they are here. Driver made snide comment about keeping phone on instead of the buzzer if you're expecting a delivery.

Do not appreciate the driver catching an attitude on the phone or the snippy comment.

Tipped the driver when they got here and now I wish I wouldn't have.

Bumping to 3 star because management was helpful but will not be ordering again if that driver is still there.
