Would have been a 5 if the worker wasn’t so rude. Also if you’d like to see how they run this business and care for the customers look at the bad reviews on here then see his reply. It’s unprofessional and unwelcoming. You’d get more people coming back if you know how to properly interact and not be a grump pants. ? decent food though.

Go to the gas station and get a frozen pizza. My order was so bad I called the manager at the NE Mpls location to explain what showed up in my order. He didn’t even ask any questions before blaming the delivery service for the garbage that I received. Stay away at least from the NE Mpls location.

Good pizza, the inside of restaurant needs cleaning very shabby and dirty looking customer service was not very good. In response to owner maybe u should go see for yourself the issues I explained were not new the pop machine has sludge on the side the floors are dirty te walls are dented that tells e a story about the kitchen freezers coolers when I go out to eat I expect a clean environment not out dated and dirty get out of the office and check out your shabby place or maybe u have low standards where people eat

Tried to order for delivery. Told us we were out out range. We are less than 2 miles away. Google maps says 1m7. Called the store, they don't deliver more than 2 miles out? Huh? Suggested we order through door dash. We did. Prices so much higher than ordering from store. But ok. We chose to continue. With the tip 60$. For 2 small pizzas and an order of cheese bread. Cheese bread is gross. My pizza is complete black/burnt on one side. No cheese or sauce to the edges. One and done with this. I had good recommendations from you guys. Completely let down.

I ordered takeout and I ordered a Turkey hoagie with no onions and garlic bread. I got a Kids Spaghetti and no hoagie. When I called to let them know ,I was put on hold for several minutes and after it was almost 8mins I called back and the man was rude and hung up on me. I will be going there tomorrow when a new manager is available with receipt and pictures as well. They need to do BETTER!

We shared our Christmas Dinner at Carbones. I had the turkey Hoagie. It was so good, I can't wait to try one of the other ones. We've been eating at Carbones since the kids were little. Hosted Birthday Parties top. When I was in the Army Reserves, out of FT Snelling, MN, a lot of us soldiers used to go their for lunch on drill weekend.

So, my New Girl (no not my old gf or the nut before her) is a pizza freak. Claims her pizza place is the best. Since she's really pretty, we went and it was good and all. Not to be outdone, I sez, now try mine. Carbone's been my favorite for more decades than I care to admit and since the New Girl's a couple decades younger than me, I didn't mention it. But, SUCCESS!, she's a fan now. These are the kind of important things in life that a young couple (over 4 months now and she still adores me, as I her) need to have consensus upon. Another hurdle overcome. Thank you Carbone's, the Girl be happy, and she happy, I really happy. She might be the one!

Picked up a takeout pizza, sausage and green olive. Got home and I they had given us ham, pineapple and onion. Called the manager and explained what happened. He offered to remake our pizza. We returned the other pizza. That was it, the manager offered no discount for their error and our time and gas. Bad business Carbone’s! Guess you’re not interested in retaining our business. The second pizza was as expected and delicious, but seemed small for a large.

The whole turkey hogie is the best hogie I've ever had it's huge half a hogie had to be 8 inches and it's about 7.52 and a whole one is 11.50 it's well worth it. They have a variety on their menu from pizza to pasta to ribs to chicken to burgers to sandwiches to hogies they have it

Somehow we always end up at a pizza place with my family. This is your classic pizza joint and is typically well known for the people in the twin cities area. Offering everything from pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, wraps and appetizers, surely you will find something on the menu that will entice you. Starters we got house salads, fresh, nothing special. Then then the Italian fries, plenty of cheese, with bold notes of garlic on a thin crust, the flavor of the crust is a bit on the bland side when compared to other pizza joints, but what brought it home was the marinara sauce. It was robust with that puréed tomato goodness and perfectly seasoned. The onion rings where the prefect amount of light and crisp, also not overly greasy like some places you get them at. The batter was light, but not too light. My brother ordered the spaghetti with marinara, nothing special, of course the sauce made the dish. Then the pizza, thin crust, a good amount of cheese, sauce, quality pepperoni and chunks of fresh sausage, also added some onions. Again the crust doesn't shine here, but the sauce and toppings make up for it. The crust is more on the medium crispy side, meaning only the edges get crispy and those perfect corner pieces, but over all I'd eat it again. I did order one meatball, tender , delicious covered in there iconic marinara sauce, had a bit of heat on the back end that was nice. Far from those hockey puck or frozen meatballs you get at other joints. You can taste the quality in these. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was not so plush, but most people just get to go orders, this is just kinda the vibe. Check this place out if you can appreciate a good sauce and a impressive meatball, also if your in the area.

I got the chicken Alfredo… it actually just tasted like plain or buttered pasta. Not Alfredo my son got a small pizza which he’s 4 and he didn’t like either. The “pizza fries” were really good tho just wish it didn’t cost so much to find out that was all we liked?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️
