Last few time I’ve gone to this chipotle they have given very little portions. When I asked for more rice they did, but as I got to the register they charged for me the extra rice. I did not pay and walked out. No other chipotle has charged me for extra rice. Also last time I order online through this place they gave me very small portions and the whole bowl was cold.

First time coming to this location it wasn’t busy . They serve very little rice I had to ask for more and Brisket portion was really small . I won’t be going back to this location.

When i tell you this place is the worst, I mean the worst! The quality of the food is awful 😖 my child's quesidilla meal was burned and hard. We ordered delivery and was stuck with a crappy order.

Don’t go here, the portions are so small, and they want to charge extra for everything. The general manager acts like she owns the place🤣 she is very rude and doesn’t care about customer services.. it used to be a good location but never again.

Embarrassingly small portion sizes. I have gone here several times (10+) for take out (which is maybe why they feel they can skimp) in the past 6 or so months, and about every 2 out of 3 times the portion sizes are TINY. like, unwrap a Taco Bell burrito into a burrito bowl tray, but pay 13$ for it. I keep figuring “maybe it’s just a fluke” but after so many poor experiences I won’t be going back, which is disappointing since it’s so close.

I come once or twice a week To this Chipotle. I will admit I specifically drive 20 minutes to come to this Chipotle even though I have a Chipotle that’s five minutes away from my house. Their food is always fresh, and they always have Vinaigrette sauce. Today’s service was horrible. I was not going to write a review but I had this same encounter last time I was here. I always add extra chicken and 4 scoops of sour cream, I know it’s extra cost for both I am well aware I don’t mind paying but give me a solid (no I can’t) for adding sour cream was shocking. The person was very rude I even laughed it out and said I come here once or twice a week and she said nope I don’t remember you. Over all you must show good customer service in order for customers to come back, even though I love chipotle I would rather never eat it again in my life than to be treated that way. Very upsetting.

The service here is terrible, they don’t know accurate portion sizes, and will charge you extra for things like sour cream and corn when in reality they just scooped a normal portion. I am not paying to be skimped out on portions sizes. Will not be returning here and will make sure I let people know to avoid this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service was awful. They messed up the order and refused to fix it. They rang me in for a higher amount than my order was, acknowledged that it should have been $6 less how they rang it up. When I asked for it to be cancelled and for them to enter the correct info in for the correct price they told me it was not possible and that I had to pay the full amount. There was a long line and it was a even longer day so I paid but I will never go here again, corporate should check on their employees.

Horrible management! I didn’t want to believe the bad reviews here but this location sucks!

I had to ask for extra extra extra beans and rice for a decent portion and the meat was barely enough protein for my day’s work! They charge an extra dollar for Barbacoa then menu price! And their drinks are super watered down!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE STARVING.

I don’t go to Chipotle often, but the staff are always nice. The portions can feel a little small when they serve you, but you can just ask for extra. The food is made really fast, so it’s great if you’re looking for a quick meal.

Good customer service. While I was in line at lunchtime today, another customer was being incredibly belligerent and rude to the staff, insisting they give her 4x the amount of every topping, and then complaining when her burrito wouldn't fold correctly. They handled it well and maintained a positive attitude and good customer service despite this.
