The staff put in a noticeable effort to make consistent, quality food here. In addition, they are pleasant and competent. That’s speaks to how the management runs this location. Last evening I spoke to the manager to let them know but wanted to take a moment to add a digital review. Five stars.

The service was terrible, lady told me I needed to pay extra for more rice when it’s free online?? The tables were dirty, unlike the bottom of my lid when I opened my bowl because of the lack of rice.

I have never left a bad review anywhere. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible. You have to ask for pre packed tabasco sauce and the employees are just extremely rude. This chipotle just gets worse and worse. That I drive 10 mins further to go the next location.

My chips were overcooked/very stale. Nothing tasted fresh and the portions were small. When I went back and kindly asked for it to be remade or to be given a credit the staff was very rude to me. The manager even pulled out the chips I had and started eating them herself. Terrible customer service.

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had—not just at a Chipotle, but in any restaurant. The manager and a staff member named Jairo were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When we raised a concern, we were told to “go somewhere else” if we wanted Chipotle and not to come back. Who says that to a paying customer?

Customer service is a core part of this job, and this team clearly lacks even the basics. On top of that, there’s a pattern of disrespect, intimidation, and discriminatory behavior. I’ve never been to this location without seeing the staff argue with customers—never. That says a lot.

What’s even more concerning is the way they handle food portions and upcharges. They charge you extra for everything—vinaigrette, lime, a tiny bit of rice—but then don’t even give you a full serving. If you’re going to charge me, at least give me the scoop… not scraps. It’s honestly insulting. They act like they own Chipotle the way they guard every ingredient like it’s there’s.

It makes me wonder if they’re pocketing the extra charges, because it feels like they take pride in nickel-and-diming customers. Chipotle, I strongly urge you to look into this location’s sales reports and receipts—something’s not adding up.

Chipotle, I hope someone from corporate takes this seriously. This team is damaging your brand reputation. You have a great product, but experiences like this will drive people away. I suggest an internal review of this location and mandatory training on customer service and equity. You can’t let a profitable location run unchecked if it’s hurting your customers and your brand.

Friendly, happy staff. Food was warm and portion sizes were great. I don’t recommend every Chipotle location, but this one deserves praise. Great Job guys!! 👏🏼
