I don’t go to Chipotle often, but the staff are always nice. The portions can feel a little small when they serve you, but you can just ask for extra. The food is made really fast, so it’s great if you’re looking for a quick meal.

Good customer service. While I was in line at lunchtime today, another customer was being incredibly belligerent and rude to the staff, insisting they give her 4x the amount of every topping, and then complaining when her burrito wouldn't fold correctly. They handled it well and maintained a positive attitude and good customer service despite this.

In my opinion, this is the best tasting chiptole overall. The portions are disproportionately small for the amount you are paying for. If you ask for more chicken , it'll be double? how will it be double?? When the portion served is half of the actual serving size. While most workers are friendly, others have an attitude. It's important to ask for a receipt as there are times when they may overcharge you! Be aware of this!
