Agreed on the training issues. Always young kids working here, they don't read online orders, hand off the wrong delivery orders to the drivers. Management is seriously lacking here, no interest in quality service.

Best not to do order ahead here. I ordered a bowl with brownie, Oreo, and peanutbutter sauce and only got the peanutbutter sauce.
I paid extra for the mixins that were never put in there.

First time eating cold stone here. The server did not listen to anything I said, rolled her eyes when corrected and expected a tip. First I said waffle cone, second I said apple pie , as in mixed in not lazily thrown in. Tried to give me a bowl of ice cream, I corrected her and said a waffle cone, in the end you gave me a waffle bowl and rolled your eyes as of to say you get what u get. The apple pie topping was literally scooped in there are barely mixed in. I am not tipping for poor customer service. Never going back.

The female manager here was so amazing and made the cutest cupcakes for my son's birthday. She even helped me with late notice. Thank you!!

The lady working there was extremely stingy with the toppings, I asked for carmel and heath bar and you can barely tell she put anything in it, and for $8.50 for not even a pint of ice cream is ridiculous.

Best location in the metro. The staff were super nice and make exactly what you want. They even had the vanilla lite in stock! Every other location never carries this or they are too lazy to get it from the back. Keep up the great work!

Was just here and idk what's wrong with the Mideastern girl that works here. I have had so many issues with her getting my order wrong that I'm starting to think she is doing it on purpose . I asked her to make me a cup banana ice cream hot fudge simple, she asked if I wanted nuts or candies, I said no she proceeded to add Snickers. I said ma'am I just wanted ice cream and hot fudge. She rolled her eyes muttered something, made it again and essentially slapped it in the cup and sold it. When I got home and looked at the receipt they charged me for the added candy. Like if you don't wanna work don't, there are other people who would want the job and would do a better. Job
