Wish I could give a zero. Went to this location earlier this week because my son wanted ice cream. Unfortunately we already had our ice cream before I decided to use the bathroom. I have never seen such an unsanitary bathroom. Simply GROSS. So I walked out and took a look at the water fountains and the garbage can in the main lobby near the cash register. ALSO NASTY. Food caked down the sides of the garbage can.. Looks like nobody has cleaned anything in weeks... I can only imagine how well they clean the area where the food is that we cannot see. I could not even finish my ice cream after that.Also, my kids got a small birthday cake remix and I got a small mint with just Oreo mixed in and I have to pay and extra 80 cents to add OREO for additional topping!? Mine was more expensive then my kids.. My kids had more toppings then I had and there's was normal price...Do not go here!! Yuck.

Every one is super unhappy about being here. I won’t go back to this location. I had my four-year-old son with me mom, and while he was picking on his ice cream (it took him a long time but we were the only ones in the store so it’s not like we were in anyone’s way) the man behind the counter literally stared at us and made huffing and puffing noises. It was so very uncomfortable. I would have just left. Had I not just promised my four year old ice cream. The guy that rang us up, also rolled his eyes at us. It was a very unwelcoming and strange environment.

Nice place in St. Anthony shopping center. There are a lot of choices and the ice cream tastes great.... which is perfect for those muggy Minnesota summers.I got the cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone. I liked it, it tasted nice.There are a few tables inside to sit down, or, near this location, there are several parks you could drive to and still have time to enjoy your ice cream before it melts.

I asked if they have malt for their shakes, and the employee said yes. So I ordered an 'Oh Fudge malt'. Couldn't taste a hint of the malt. I think he just said 'yes' because he didnt understand English very well. The whipped topping was hydrogenated oil.

On 10/2/2022 went to this location ordered ice cream and their card machine wasn't working. They charged my debit card three times and my credit card once. Supposedly it kept saying denied on their end but the next day all the swipes had come through. I was so frustrated I ended up leaving the product at the store. Now I am fighting to get my money back for items I didn't receive. Be careful when they ask to swipe your card multiple times for a purchase.

From the beginning of this experience it was very terrible. When we first walked in there was no greeting, no smile not even a acknowledgment. Then when I was waiting in line both workers were working on online orders forcing us to wait in a line that wasn’t even there, nobody was before me and I still waited to be helped. Then once I started ordering what I wanted for the mix ins the lady kept asking “is that it” after every mix in I asked for, they weren’t even patient. When it came to paying she charged me almost $10 for four mix ins instead of charging me as a signature and adding a mix in that way; and my ice cream wasn’t even full all the way. Then my friend ordered a smoothie and they didn’t even blend the ice. There was large chunks of ice left over in her cup and they weren’t even stocked up with their covers so they gave her smoothie without a lid. We finally paid and then left. Eating my ice cream I found a piece of hair, that was white. I’m a brunette. It was utterly disgusting. I use to love coming to this location but I do not recommend it here. Customer service was terrible and the ice cream was too.

A good Cold Stone location. It was a hot and humid day, and the line was swelling near the door. It was worth the wait. The employees were nice and patient. I applaud them since it was super busy. The employee took our order, had it made in front of us and we paid. Ice cream was okay. The cake shake was okay. The quality of the ice cream was okay. It is ice cream so it is full of sugar but the lack of taste from certain flavors was just not there. Unfortunately, the ice was just okay but the service was excellent. It is a bit tight inside and tables are limited. Parking outside is very limited. If the parking spaces are full, you'll have to find parking elsewhere and walk here. Overall, excellent service but quality of the ice cream is subpar.
