Hate this store. Every time I go there they mess up my order. Totally incompetent. I will not ever go to another Culver’s. I have had too much money stolen from me in the form of items I paid for and never received. And I will tell anyone who will listen not to support this awful restaurant

Bennett took our order at the window and was absolutely wonderful! He had the most efficient service and greeted us with the brighter smile. he changed the trajectory of me and my friends nights. This man deserves the highest raise possible. 10/10 service from Bennett.

Rest had a double drive through and a 9:30 at night it took 30 minutes to drive through. Food was ok but extremely expensive for fast food burgers. Onion rings were burnt and hard. Overall it was just okay.

Evan was a very friendly, courteous cashier. Attentive at every step!
Love the food, but the outside cashless ordering is a horrible change. If you are going to have workers with tablets taking our order, at least set up some additional menus so we can look through and see the prices. Horrible practice that is incredibly frustrating for customers.
