Normally I love Culver’s, and this location has been good until my last visit. I got a notification for national burger day. Made a whole trip of coming to this Culver’s and the register person said we couldn’t use the coupon in person and that it had to be ordered through the app. She said we could sit and order in the app and they’d bring it out to us. We scanned the table QR code, and after 30mins total we couldn’t figure out why the coupon wasn’t working. My partner...
We ordered 3 concrete mixers and 2 sundaes. After waiting about 15 minutes to receive our order, we checked in with the staff and they immediately let us know that they would bring it out right away. The manager also assured us that we would receive a coupon and could choose ice cream pints from the fridge near the ordering counter. They were very friendly and happy to make sure we had a positive experience. Will definitely be returning! Customer service done right!
Order was taken wrong by employee with a tablet at drive thru, didn’t read back or confirm what our order was. Both burgers were wrong because of it. The food was fine, but very frustrating that we had to add and remove things that were not supposed to be included.
