We ordered 3 concrete mixers and 2 sundaes. After waiting about 15 minutes to receive our order, we checked in with the staff and they immediately let us know that they would bring it out right away. The manager also assured us that we would receive a coupon and could choose ice cream pints from the fridge near the ordering counter. They were very friendly and happy to make sure we had a positive experience. Will definitely be returning! Customer service done right!

Order was taken wrong by employee with a tablet at drive thru, didn’t read back or confirm what our order was. Both burgers were wrong because of it. The food was fine, but very frustrating that we had to add and remove things that were not supposed to be included.

I came around 6:45pm and it was packed! Even with how busy it was, I was greeted with kindness and got my order within 5-10 minutes. This is a team that works together and does so incredibly well- they had a rhythm going that was entrancing to watch. I cannot imagine the amount of coordination that goes into running this smoothly, but I am in awe!! You all rock!
