I have been let down by this dairy queen time and time again from poor service, to unsanitary practices, and incorrect hours on google. Sadly, this is the closest one to me.

I visited on 11/2 at 3:30 using the drive thru. I wanted an ice cream cake. The employee said they can't sell ice cream cakes in the drive thru and I had to come inside. I had my dogs in the car. And I've gotten one in the drive thru before. Lame!

Okay not sure which one Google's trying to tell me to review but if this is the one on St Anthony then they have cherries not a lot of The dairy Queen's do anymore they also have orange Julius which was a big one for me I love that, it taste like nostalgia

I visited the Dairy Queen at St Anthony on 09/24/25 and ordered a small Blizzard. I did not realize it contained hard candy pieces, which hurt my teeth, so I went back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a different blizzard
The employee, Cooper, told me I would have to buy a second Blizzard. When I asked for a refund instead, he also refused. When I requested to speak to a manager, he said there was no one higher than him on site and pointed to a âNow Hiringâ sign, telling me to call that number to submit my complaint.
I was left without a replacement, refund, or any resolution which goes against Dairy Queenâs well-known Blizzard guarantee. I could not eat my Blizzard and I did not receive the level of service Dairy Queen promises, and I hope this matter can be addressed.
FYI - Since this is a Franchise location it does *NOT* have the 2 for $5 deal.
Other than that, which is whatever they entirely forgot the Reeses Peices of my Reeses Peices Cookie Dough Blizzard and they also forgot the cheese on my chili cheese dog.
Been coming here for a bit, but its really gone downhill.

I like the strawberry sundae at dairy queen. I like that they strawberry syrup is not very sweet and it doesnât seem a factory-made syrup to me. Also I like this store specially since there is seats inside and outside also the staff are friendly.

Iâve been going to this place i like to call ice cream heaven for 18 years now. No other ice cream place in the world beats this wonderful establishment. Itâs so carefully run by one of their employees named Chloe. She is truly a joy to see working, always giving us a small smile and is nothing but kind and loving. she deserves to be the manager in my well advised opinion
