Idk if that's a manager. Middle-aged white woman with blonde hair. But every time I come through and she's there, she overpriced me for the same thing that I get every 2 to 3 days... I asked her today how come she keeps charging me almost $8 when everyone else always charges $4.55 for what I order? The answer was, "you had more than one topping." I have receipts from previous times including 2 days before where it was $4.55 for the same thing that I ordered EVERY TIME. I really believe she's racist. She always waits until I pull up to the window and then gives me a RANDOM over price total.

Never been DQ before so I was little unsure what to order … the dark haired girl with braced teeth was taking order and she rude and impatient. Left me in the middle of taking order and asked her colleague to complete my order . I asked her why she is behaving like that she replied “she is having bad day “. I understand that she might be having bad day but that doesn’t mean that she got the right to be disrespectful and rude to others. Other girl was friendly and patient. But I will never order from DQ ever . Hot dog was really good ?.

Our local DQ is always great with solid service! If you need an ice cream fix this is the place to go?

I showed up and placed my order and got to drive through and the girl was like yeah sorry we don’t do points here. Ummm, okay. I ended up not getting anything. Go to a DQ in New Brighton, Roseville or Lino and they take coupons and points/ much more decent pricing.

Tonight my husband and I went through the drive thru to get a blizzard and the worker asked him four times what he wanted and he repeated Oreo blizzard each time. She made no effort to try to understand and just asked him to pull to the window. When we got there she was so rude, made no apologies and had zero customer service.
