I came in with a coupon card I got from my job, that states I can get a free sub PER DAY at the select locations on the back. There’s a barcode on there that they can when I go to the locations for the subs. I asked for my card back but they threw it in the garbage and told me I can only use it once even though I’ve used it before AND it still works when it scans AND it says per day on the back with NO expiration date. I even saw them looking at the card again after I had already left out because they knew that they were wrong. I’m so mad I use that card for lunch I should’ve never came to this location. Then on top of the sandwich literally has no mayo and it’s dry I almost cried haven’t ate all day… then as I kept eating I notice a big piece of hair so I had to through the whole sandwich away and go find something else to eat

They Didn't recognize that I don't identify as a male. They kept calling me a guy. I also felt like my sandwich was being rushed as the lady asked me questions and still couldn't get it right. It's definitely not the one on Hamlin, I would go to their location, they're a little more patient and tend to their customers. A little better, I guess I gotta drive all the way to St. Paul when I work in north Minneapolis see you later 24 0 7 jersey mikea not with my points

I go to this location alot for myself and for program shopping for my job working with college students. Everytime the staff is beyond courteous and helpful. I almost always order online but yesterday I popped in to order at the register and when I ordered they remembered my name. That attention to detail was not missed on me and made me feel welcomed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the visit No customer should ever be treated this way. The lack of professionalism and basic decency made the entire visit uncomfortable and unacceptable. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to stay away.
This place ROCKS. I’d never been to a Jersey Mike’s before but turned in there instead of Subway. They were SO NICE and even took a competitor coupon! My sandwich was SO delicious. It was also huge and was made exactly to my specifications. They explained the menu to me and definitely made me want to return LIKE TOMORROW. Great job, team!!!

My wife didn't love the Mike's hot honey chicken cheese steak, but she's had other sandwiches she likes there. I like just a basic ham and lettuce with mayo, so sometimes I get a whole sandwich, other times I get the kids meal when I want the cookie. It's perfect meal size even for an adult. Really like the staff here though, everyone is so nice, and I like the coupons from the local baseball team. Just recently became a rewards member, so can't comment on that just yet.
