I think I even like their pizza even more than my own home-made one which takes me more than an hour to prepare. I like it more than any other take-out pizza place. I think it's a major advantage that you cook it yourself, because then it will be nice and hot when you want to eat it. It takes so little time to bake that it's no big deal at all. And speaking of deals, when you can get one of theirs, their pizza makes a better dinner value than any other option I can think of, which is especially important for so many of us nowadays.

As a former pizza maker- the fact that one pizza takes 15 minutes to make is WILDDDD I'm used to doing at LEAST 5 in that period of time. There was nothing bad about the product in the end, but I was appalled at the length of production

I pre-ordered on Halloween and yes, there was a long line to pick up. But I didn't care. I was happy that they were getting a great outcome for their business. There were so many hardworking employees who really deserve a lot of credit. Pizza and Halloween just go hand and hand. So many parents just want an easy dinner before trick or treating. The holiday also landed on a Tuesday when they have special priced pizzas. When I eventually was able to enter the warm store, it smelled so good. My pizza was delicious! Thank you Papa Murphy's team for an outstanding job.

I pre-ordered my Halloween pizza for a 4:00 pickup and when I got there there was a long line. When I finally got up there around 4:35 they didn't have my pizza ready. They should have made those type of pizzas in advance to make the line move faster. They only had large made not family size. And they ran out of garlic monkey bread, which I also ordered in advance. Was not happy.

I walked in and wasn’t even greeted by anyone. No one even acknowledged me and when they did they were rude and wouldn’t even look me in the face and the store was empty with 4 workers just standing and talking. The tall one I assume was leading the store was the main one with bad energy as if he didn’t want to be there. It was also very dirty. Their counters weren’t cleaned and they didn’t change their gloves one time while making multiple pizzas. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat there solely off how bad the workers were. I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to.

This location is different. Went to pick up pizza's one night, the owner looked at my order, and said this will be just a minute... "Let's get more pepperoni on this one." Tonight, I had the perfect PERFECT crust, so good I called the place to tell the staff they NAILED it. Whoever owns this franchise location doesn't compromise or settle, and trains their staff members to not settle either.... Awesome! You don't see that dedication to detail in franchises very oftenVegetarian options: The Garden Vegetarian is really good without sitting heacy

This place not only made a great pizza, but the service was unmatched. I called in with a question after placing my order online and it was the best customer service over the phone I’ve ever had. Henry answered the phone polite and ready to help. Store is very busy so be patient, but this is always my go to store.

Our go to pizza joint when wanting a decent pizza at a fair price for my fiancé and I. My fiancé loves the pizza and I agree. Timeliness upon ordering is typically alright and staff are friendly enough! Certain days have deals which is appreciated. Most recently we got our pizza and it appeared someone dumped the toppings without much thought. Therefore the less than perfect rating. Although it took us less than a minute to spread the toppings, it was odd that they felt okay preparing it such way, wrapping it and then handing it to us as the customer. Their pizza is tasty, not greasy and with adequate amount of ingredients. Note that you do have to cook it yourself but it doesn't long, around 20 minutes. Good take out for pizza and fair prices for quality pizza!
