Great spot. Our server was very insightful on food, drinks, and dessert. The Mad Hatter and Ferrari Carano were delicious. The best chicken Caesar salad I've ever had. Paired with a side of battered fries, ranch, and a cookies and cream tres leches for dessert. A wonderful outing

Our waitress started out with good customer service, but after we got our food, many things were missing and she acted like we were asking a lot just to get the missing things, (for example butter for my pancakes) she never checked on us after that.
Our food was cold. We didnt send it back because once we received our missing items, she didnt come back until she brought the bill.

Came here last week with large group of coworkers (prearranged by our coordinator and the restaurant). Restaurant was pretty full at 630 pm. We had a dedicated server for our table of about 25 (we had another table of about 20).
Service was OK. Our food more or less came out about the same time (with about 25, it was fairly well sync'd). I had to wait a long time for the bourbon I ordered (not sure why since it's just a pour out of the bottle).
Food was OK to good. I had the Bulgogi Bowl - good flavor but compared to my neighbor who had a bowl with shrimp, the volume of rice etc. in my bowl looked about half of what was in hers. If I had been really hungry, it wouldn't have been enough food. Was half price dessert night so my neighbor and I shared the maple bacon mini donuts (freshly made) and a banana bread pudding. Both desserts were substantial and delish.
Atmosphere was really loud. Was hard to talk to anyone further away than directly next to or across from you. Lighting was on the dim side, and with dark finishes, gave it a cozy mood.
Might go back if I returned to the area and wanted pub fare.

Went to brunch on 11/16 expecting a good meal , but the loaded potatoes were cold the gravy and eggs topping were room temp.the food came out super fast after we ordered , which leads me to believe they had a large batch of potatoes sitting under a heat lamp . When I asked for it to be remade I got hot potatoes but room temp toppings again, I could tell the server was embarrassed and the manager on duty came to the table to apologize I think ? But he came with a microwaved bowl of gravy to put on top and he made every excuse in the book on how the dish was remade fresh but it wasn’t…he walked away and was shaking his head and rolling his eyes at the staff like we didn’t have the right to complain! I’m a former restaurant manager of 28 year and would never act they way towards a guest . You should always have the guest leave with great a memorable experience. We will not go back

I came to Steele & Hops for lunch with my little sister after she requested we check it out. I was very impressed by the staff, their service and attention to detail. My little sister has a peanut allergy and the staff, including our waitress and the chef, handled it with the upmost care. They ensured no cross contamination, delivered food separately and made us feel so cared for. The food quality is high, presentation is beautiful. All around it was a lovely experience and I highly recommend this place!!

Great drink menu, great food menu, and great for kids. One of the few restaurants where the kids mac and cheese isn't the box stuff (theirs is really good too). Great patio too.

We’ve eaten here a handful of times. The food is pretty good, with nice portion size. The service has been so slow every time, even when it’s been fairly empty. The last time it was pretty empty and we still waited quite awhile to be greeted by our waitress and get drinks, then our appetizers came minutes before all of our food, even though we waited a while for the food. The food was good but not enough to be a place we’ll come to again. Parking can be a challenge when they are busy but it’s free and easy to get to when they’re not busy.
