Don't bother..go to literally any other location. I order Subway three times a week on average and usually have no problems. Today they put mayo on my sandwich which I will not eat so after picking up my to go order, I went back in and very politely went in and asked if there was any possible way they could make me the sandwich without mayo because I wasn't going to eat it. I even apologize for being an inconvenience at first, but the guy working put the receipt in my face pointed to where it said mayo and walked away. I'm an adult, I can own that it was my mistake to not uncheck that box this time, but seriously that's how you're in a tree customers that you see three times a week? I'm so pissed. He literally just kept pointing to the word mayo and refused to do anything about it so the sandwich is still sitting on the counter while I sit in my car right now and write this review.

My wife and I come here several times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. The food is almost always perfect (had some kinda stale bread once a few months ago, but that's it), and the service is fast.

I witnessed employees handling food without washing their hands, after touching their nose which is not only unsanitary but a serious health concern. Hygiene standards in a food establishment should be top priority. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness and food safety protocols with their staff. #NASTY

My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews as I’ve ordered from MANY Subways over the years & in different states. At least they got the ENTIRE online order correct, they actually followed INSTRUCTIONS that asked them to cut two of out footlong subs in 1/2 & toast them. Apparently that’s not easy for other subway employees in another state lol. Would buy from here again! Pleasantly surprised & sadly my mother ate 1/2 MY sub thinking it was hers…the worst part of all lmbo! Give this place a shot. God bless!

We should have known when we got there.What was wrong with this place when there was no one in there, Ask for a sandwich, The $6.99 sand which that they have.He said look at the board, So the one we wanted was not on monday So I guess it goes by the day at this place. So we ordered A different Sandwich,and the guy was so rude, We couldn't hear a thing.He was saying he had his head down and I think he was getting upset.And we were because we couldn't understand a thing.He was saying.we should have left then. We didn't know where.
Our chips went.He had put them in the bag.We were eating there so we went to grab a bag of chips.And he came running around the corner saying that he had already given us the chips.I said okay.Well, we didn't know they were in the bag.So we asked how much is a fountain pop and he never answered. We will never go back to this one. Rude,Rude Rude

The only problem I experienced was that the girl serving did not understand English. We got through the order and payment through hand gestures and pointing. (I.e. pointing at the register screen to tell me how much I owed) She wasn't rude or ignorant. In fact, she seemed pleasant and friendly with a smile. She just couldn't understand me, and the only words spoken were thank you.

Just got denied service because I wouldn’t sit down, literally not joking at all on Friday 8/23 at night the worker said “Theres someone in front of you would you mind sitting?” I said, “oh I’d rather just stand” as I have bad knees and getting up and down is not easy. This worker had the audacity to demand that I sit and stopped working and stared at me until I sat. I refused and left the store, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER come back here. I don’t know who runs this store but this was absolutely terrible.

Dont go here or any subway.

Stopped in for lunch had a terrible customer service experience and when I got home the sandwich was inedible. The dough was raw and not fully baked. I would have returned to the store but I was heading into work so I just submitted a report to subway just to make sure it doesn't happen to other people. I even sent pictures, I'm not exaggerating. I recieved a response from Jamal Ousman the area manager which seemed like a copy posted response. He mentioned he processed my refund . I responded and asked how he had done that when I paid in cash? No response.

So you recieve an inedible product and get lied to by subways area manager.

Go to Jersey Mike's.

What a terrible experience. I would drive back but I need to go to work. I thought I'd grab a quick sandwich, but wow has subway fallen off. My bread isn't baked fully and has raw dough. The lady that helped me said a total of 2 words and didn't even tell me my total. Over $14 is a huge rip off. Honestly just go to Jersey Mikes, at least your bread will be baked.
