employees look like they’re waiting for death’s sweet release. I don’t get the sense that employees are valued or treated very well. Also $17 for a 12” meatball sub is the single most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of.I usually skip subway because their bread has more sugar than an angel food cake, their chicken has more rubber than a truck load of tires, and once I found bug eggs in the spinach.This was my first subway purchase in probably 5 years and will be the last one in my lifetime.

I do understand frustration but working with costumer and not being at least respectful and nice then change job. Unpleasant experience wouldn’t recommend.

The man cleaning the lobby was wiping his nose on his arm, coughing and sniffling. Did not was his hands when he came to make our sandwiches! His coworker was wearing a mask, but not this guy. He was very rude, no pleasantries. Barking out “bread?” “Cheese” “toasted “. You get the idea. Did not up sell or ask if we needed a beverage. Never coming back!

My problem is not primarily the food or service, it is about the useless mobile app and the Subway website. Just got an update, and still after years of nonsense, once again the app and website are only useful if you are looking during store hours. Bunch of guys that work overnights to midday. We thought Subway sounded good. So at 6am, we tried to look at their menu to decide on sandwiches and sides for the dozen of us. But..... you must select a store. And if that store is not open, you can NOT even see the general menu. Give us some darn way to just read your dang menu. Don't care if it's 2am or 2pm. Just show the danged menu. Yes, we're eating elsewhere that lets us see a menu and they don't treat it like Top Secret papers. Maybe that's a bad comparison, can get Top Secret papers in the bathroom.

Pretty mid across the board. Depending on who's working, you either have a decent experience or a terrible one. Food is alright, but it's really hard to mess up a sandwich. Certainly not the best choice in the area, but it's not the worst one either.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking in nearby ramps make it easy accessible.
