Great coffee. Very helpful
Bristo gal was very pleasant, sweet.
Madison was very sweet at the drive thru and made me even more excited to be trying my first apple coffee beverage! Plus, she was absolutely correct that the honeycrisp espresso shaker was the way to go!

Caribou Coffee offers a comfortable atmosphere for customers to enjoy delicious coffee and treats. The friendly staff provides helpful tips, and the overall experience is enjoyable, despite a recent recipe change that disappointed a regular customer. The location has a family-friendly vibe, with a conference room available for use. Customers appreciate the recently renovated parking lot and the option to order ahead using the mobile app. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the touchscreen payment device, finding it inconvenient and intrusive. The establishment continues to strive to provide a welcoming environment for all.
