“We ordered three different kinds of pizzas online that we did a pick up, not a delivery. All of them were delicious. But we we didn’t appreciate is that they tacked on a 20% tip without our permission. I don’t think this is an honest way to do business. Tipping is supposed to be optional.
As for the atmosphere and service, I really can’t rate them because it really isn’t a place to sit there and eat, and the only service they provide is handing you the pizzas that you already purchased.“

“Ever since a new manager took over the St.Cloud LC, unsure her name but she looks familiar to the gal that used to work at the Sartell LC, the customer service has been the best I’ve seen in years. The store energy is so positive, my food is always fresh, the store has been extremely clean and the customer service has really improved. I haven’t had any complaints! Tell her to keep up the good work.“

The food was excellent and came out fast, and they didn’t miss a single extra we asked for—which is impressive with a larger order. Customer service was outstanding. “It's Papa John's, probably the best deal for stuffed crust locally. I prefer ordering on the app, but if there's an issue, you can call the store and have it fixed, for example, if you need it delivered instead of pickup, they can fix that in the store.“
