1 person working the line and register and 1 on the Togo orders. Line to the door at 12:20 pm. Thought Sartell would have higher standards but once again they fail. Don’t care to go to chipotle anymore
Every table was dirty. Floor dirty. Looks like no one cleaned the dining area since the store closed the night before. Walked out without ordering. Never going back. Disgusting. The second photo was a table where an employee just ate and went back to work. I have been told this is the standard for the restaurant.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a busy restaurant with quick service. Online orders ensure food is ready when customers arrive. Parking is usually available nearby. While the food tastes good and employees are so nice, the restaurant's cleanliness is a concern. Tables, walls, and chairs are often dirty, and the entry doors are rarely cleaned, giving a neglected impression. This Chipotle can use a little bit more management, with younger employees standing around not really paying attention, trash cans a little full and the napkin station a little empty. However, the chicken burrito bowl was quite good and they didn't skip on the ingredients. They give you so much food here, and it is a lot better than other Chipotles.
