This has to be the worst subway in town. They are out of turkey more often then not. Constantly out of straws lids and bags. How are you out of turkey?

I got a meal of the day $6.99 and my son a foot long turkey meal and dude rings me up at $31 and some cents which I said that much with a meal of the day. So he goes on to say 5 bucks for the drinks and so much for the cookies. I says aint that included in the meal. Which it is. Then re does it and it's still $28. Something ain't adding up. So he saying its $20 bucks for a turkey footlong meal. Then another man of his color comes in for just a large drink and he just hands him the cup. Free of charge Never going back to that dump.

I order a few subs.. got them none had the banna peppers I wanted on them... the boss sub I order had burnt black meatballs was very basic had to throw it away n never went and got my chips or drink with the order either. Person showes up to deliver it and said this subway was pissed cause I order a sub and it was a location that was 14 min from where I was. When there is 2 with in 5 min from me... I explain I didn't pick the place I put my address in for delivery that's what it gave... was told not to do it again and if I do they will cancel the order... whole experience was bad.. go some place else for your subway.

My friend and I went into this location Sunday the 9th. Johnnie was working. My friend and I had a couple issues, sort of those no ones fault issues. Johnnie remained calm, didn't get flustered, helped us, made us fantastic sandwiches and was super nice. Just so nice and refreshing this day in age. We were beyond pleased with our experience!

Teenager with black hair …. Think his name was Jamie but his name tag was not legible ….super rude. Terrible customer service. Never greeted us, made our sandwiches horribly, never said thanks or anything. He didn’t say one word the entire encounter. I even tipped him. Pop machine out of pop too. Bad customer service all around.

Carter is fabulous! Takes good care if my son and I, on every visit! Bravo! Stations behind counter always clean and organized, when he's on duty!

worst subway in saint cloud. i have issues everytime i go there. last time i went they refused to accept coupons which is so stupid. why send out coupons if nobody accepts them. today i went at 6 and had a mobile order just to get to the store and they were closed an hour early so they cancelled my order. ridiculous.
