I always feel relaxed and comfortable here.

I can't say anything more, I love Caribou Coffee. I always have and always will. I've tried other brands and nothing compares.
I love Caribou Coffee and don't have one near me so this being across the street from my hotel was awesome! They added a new oatmilk latte with cold oat foam since the last time I was at one and WOW! They also still make Mint Conditions for any early 2000s people out there! This brought back so many memories and made some new ones!!!

Friendly staff, very comfortable space, super clean and everything came out in a timely manner! Highly recommended!
Very disorganized. Instead of using the labels with names like they should have, they put orders for pickup and my order was taken by someone else. I had to stand there waiting while 3-4 others received their order before me. Once I received my coffee, it was basically an entire cup of ice with maybe 4-5 sips of actual coffee.
Barista was super nice. Gave me my mocha beans in a pup cup. 😀

Ordered thru the mobile app to pickup inside. Was ready waiting for me when I arrived. The barista made a wonderful cup of coffee. This isn't the normal location that I visit, but I will be back.
I ordered it through the app to pick up with a walk-in. It was ready, but not put on the table for mobile pick up. And I got a little bit of attitude when I asked if you got it OK. Because I was kind of quick on getting to the location.

Even though I only ordered coffee, the service person made certain my refillable cup was properly filled, made certain to check if any room was needed or extra flavors desired, and let me know I had rewards available to pay for it. Great taste of my coffee and fantastic service.
