Friendly staff, very comfortable space, super clean and everything came out in a timely manner! Highly recommended!

Very disorganized. Instead of using the labels with names like they should have, they put orders for pickup and my order was taken by someone else. I had to stand there waiting while 3-4 others received their order before me. Once I received my coffee, it was basically an entire cup of ice with maybe 4-5 sips of actual coffee.

Barista was super nice. Gave me my mocha beans in a pup cup. 😀

Ordered thru the mobile app to pickup inside. Was ready waiting for me when I arrived. The barista made a wonderful cup of coffee. This isn't the normal location that I visit, but I will be back.

I ordered it through the app to pick up with a walk-in. It was ready, but not put on the table for mobile pick up. And I got a little bit of attitude when I asked if you got it OK. Because I was kind of quick on getting to the location.

Even though I only ordered coffee, the service person made certain my refillable cup was properly filled, made certain to check if any room was needed or extra flavors desired, and let me know I had rewards available to pay for it. Great taste of my coffee and fantastic service.

Great staff and great place to study

I was down here for a training class for the week. I live four hours north. Latanya was an amazing help with my order. She am awesome crew in the morning. Latanya made my week great. Thank you !!

CHECK YOUR HOT COFFEE!!
3 out of 5 of my coffee’s I got last week from this location were 75% full, the rest was just filled with wipe cream. I brought it to the barista attention that it wasn’t full and the whip wasn’t to the top either. She started adding more whip cream, I stopped her and said I’m telling you there isn’t enough coffee in there. She tells me it’s a new standard to fill the drinks like that and I should request less whip ( which isn’t an option online) or no whip to get a full coffee. I told her please remake my drink and fill it. She did remake it but after making me very mad, especially being a regular at the location for a year.

Next day, I called in to talk to a manager and explained the situation. She told me how it shouldn’t be lower than a centimeter. Whip or no whip.

Check your employees, STOP THE LAZINESS AND LIES.

I haven't tried any of the food, but I tend to like Caribou over other big coffee chains. Recently stopped by this location (hadn't been here in several years). Staff was very friendly and made it a nice environment. Store was clean.
