They did not honor the advertised specials from the email I was sent $30 for 3 or the extended happy hour
I had an anniversary coupon but they said it had expired. It was within a month of our date so I presumed it would be honored but not so. It was also within 15 days days from my birthday snd no coupon there either. That was disappointing
The food and ambiance are reliably top notch. I never feel rushed, even when the place is crowded. Best to avoid the lentil soup, in my opinion. The other soups are quite tasty.
Excellent sushi rolls, great presentation, fresh ingredients. Super tasty all the way around. Tim, our server was one of the best we've had. The patio is comfortable at Crave West End and it's a great experience. Highly recommend. Tim was super attentive to us and made the experience a full circle top knotch deal. Thank you!
In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.
We had a lovely time, though it was pretty noisy in the restaurant. I had the steak frites and it was swimming in salt to the point I didn't eat the fries, but the steak, asparagus and bernaise were very tasty
Dinner was just okay. Portions sizes were fine, just not the best food. Nice server.
Had 2 apps. The meatballs were awesome and surprisingly a little spicy but in a good way! The other app was a sushi roll that was also delicious.
Our friends recently moved to the neighborhood so we had a group of 12. They had a card from their apartment that offered 20% off and we had heard positive reviews about other locations. First, the location—it’s very similar to Cheesecake Factory in terms of the atmosphere and decor. The food was okay but definitely not worth the price. My friends got tuna crispy rice—three for $17. The pasta dishes were barely touched and the sushi was average. Our real issue was with our server. She was definitely knowledgable about the food and recommendations, but we had a huge group. She didn’t come and check on us. We decided to do one check to make it easier for her. We had expected to receive the 20% off for our entire bill as we had at other restaurants, but that didn’t happen. This is fine; restaurants obviously have different policy. Our server had split the two residents of the apartment on a separate bill to apply the 20%, but she put completely incorrect items on that bill and then refused to fix it. So, the two actual residents didn’t get the appropriate discount and we had to figure it out ourselves. I would not recommend this place at all based on the food, service and prices.
Everything was wonderful! Great server - wish I could remember her name. She kept my water glass full all during lunch - which is not an easy feat!!

Food was terrible, we had the salads, Cesar and apple something or another, very small for the price, and kind of boring. The milk bread was not true milk bread, like Japanese milk break…. It was dry and not flakey like it should be. husband had the walleye, it was way too fishy tasting, and greasy…. The burgers were boring and plain, and nothing special, I ate half of mine and tossed the other half, not even worth bringing it home. Waiter was nice enough, but didn’t ask us about the food or whether we were enjoying it or not. Basically, over half the food we ordered ended up in the trash. For so many “good” reviews I thought it would be better. We tried it, unfortunately just not up to our standards.
Absolutely terrible, it was a huge disappointment. With all the good reviews we thought this place would be good, but it was not. Waiter was nice enough, told him I wanted a GF bun for the burger which you do have to ask for as I didn't see it offered on the menu anywhere. Salads were just mediocre at best, nothing special, just overpriced lettuce with some things on top. Walleye was disgustingly fishy, and very very greasy. Burgers were cooked properly, but mine came with a regular bun despite asking for a GF bun. They did take it back and get me one, so I'll give them that. We didn't even bother with dessert as all the food was quite terrible. Most of our meals were less than half eaten and not worth taking home. Waiter didn't bother to ask what was wrong of if we enjoyed the meal. Such a disappointment...
Average chain restaurant . Furniture worn out. Food was ok. Apps were the best part. Wings and ribs.
I will no longer return to the restaurant now that they are charging a credit card service fee. Gouging is not acceptable.
We Love Crave. Menu has so many terrific options and is consistent no matter which location you're dining in. Service is always top notch. Thank you Crave for another wonderful experience.
