My coworker suggested this spot and her claim was its better than crisp and green, which I honestly did doubt at first. Now that I've tried it, it is substantially better than crispand green. The quality, the flavor, the diversity of veggies in the salads is phenomenal. Best salad I've had in my life (and I've had a lot). It was SO good I'm already dreaming of the next one I have from here. I ordered the cowboy salad with the jalapeño dressing. I love spice and handle it well so if you can't, then I'd recommend trying it with a different dressing. Please expand outside of MN! I lived in FL and NC before, which could desperately use such a good salad spot.

This place is a joke! Workers don’t speak English or speak minimal English. Portions for the prices are laughable and embarrassing. Quality of meat looks questionable. No bread available. This company will never outshine sweetgreen. No thank you!

Honestly this place is a hidden gem ? tons of toppings vegan and none for your salad. The acai bowl was really yummy too! It’s inside an office building but not hard to find! Minneapolis needs more healthy eating places like this.

Hands down the best place in MN for salads!! I was so excited when I found out the SLP location was opening so I could go after work hours since they are open until 8pm most days. The salads taste so fresh every single time and you can tell they use quality ingredients & dressings. They have EXCELLENT customer service - I have catered lunches for a large group and have never been disappointed. Make sure to check this place out if you haven’t already!

I've been a fan of Green and The Grain for awhile. Such a fan that we asked them to cater our event. They did an amazing job of having our food prepared on the day and even took the extra step to separate the dressing and toppings to ensure it would taste fresh for our guests.

I went on a walk with my dog and was super excited to see that there was a green+the grain finally open on weekends! I live 40 mins outside of the city so I was going to grab some lunch and use the restroom/wash my hands before eating. Upon asking they informed me they do not have a restroom. They did not seem warm and friendly/welcoming in general. I’m a little confused how a food establishment can have sit down eating option and no restroom… I decided to take my food to go because I couldn’t wash my hands and I had to go to the bathroom.
Parking: Parking is a little inconvenient/confusing, but not terrible

Delicious, healthy, fresh tasting salads. The service was excellent. Can't wait to go back.Edit: 3 months in and I haven't had a bad meal. The Buffalo Chicken, Cowboy and Cesar are my go to. Their chips and cookies are amazing. Recommend this to everyone.
Parking: Parking is located next to the building in the parking ramp. If you come before 6pm you can use the skyway through the building otherwise after 6 you need to walk around the building to their north entrance.
