Hazelwood Food & Drink - St Louis Park

The short rib linguini and minute chicken were delicious! Great pastas with deep, complex flavors. Service was great and ambiance was pleasant.

We ordered off the breakfast menu, largely for The Best Hash Browns Ever, but we also ordered the shrimp deviled eggs. Both all time favorites. Our food was flavorful, as usual, and we had a very pleasant and attentive server.

We had great service, great food, but the noise inside is too loud for conversation so we requested to be moved outside.

Waiter was bored with us....it wasn't going to be a $200+ table. Noise level was ok...a bit too energic

Horrible experience! Wings came out with no sauce waited for 30 minutes until sauce arrived during that time sever and manager offered a sauce that I decline to and brought it over anyways. They said they'll take care of it as they took the wings away. Will never come back to this location again.

First time there. Daughter has been there and recommended. Great call. All around great. Service was awesome, food was excellent and overall experience was great. Value was good too. Totally recommend for anyone.

In town for work. Looked this place up, had a 4.7 star. I figured I’ll give it a try.
I sat at the bar. Wasn’t greeted at all. Totally ignored until the sweet Latin young man greeted me and handed me a menu. The two white females working the bar area, after 7 mins of sitting there, whites male arrives and they were all over him. He had his water and wine and placed his order after arriving after me. How was I greeted “what can I get you to drink?”
Place my drink order. Three other males arrive and were greeted, drink and food order taken. Not I!!!
Finally, because I’m freaking hungry and it was 920 pm, I stopped the bar attendant and asked “do I need to go to a table to get a dinner?”
Zero customer service-actually it was horrible.
However, the Malbec was delicious.
Maybe it was just an off night, but I definitely did not feel welcome.

My girlfriend’s and I tried Hazelwood in St. Louis Park for the second time we were there approximately six months ago, and the server told one of my girlfriends who bought food that she could not take a to go box and then we were told that that was not true. The second time we came we came because they do have really good brussels sprouts, and that’s the main reason why we tried it again and they no longer serve them. This time the issue we had was with the hostess. She was extremely rude to us for no reason. We had 3 o’clock reservations for the happy hour which is in the bar area and she was going to seat us at a high top that clearly only fit about two people. There was three of us. My girlfriend asked her very nicely if we could sit at the other high top table and mind you at this time, it wasn’t even that busy in there she grabbed the menus walked over to the table and slammed the menus down and walked away for no reason very rude!! of course my friend spoke to the manager and I believe the owner. This is not how you treat your customers completely uncalled for. They need to work on customer service we will not be back after we were treated like that. My girlfriend made a very reasonable request. The table was literally just a few feet away from the other table and they weren’t even busy in there and for her just to snatched the menus and slam them down and walk away, not to mention Hazelwood is a nice place, and you would think that they would strive to treat their customers as such.

Im so over this restaurant! The host was beyond rude. She went to seat 3 of us and I nicely recommended a different table for more space. She took the menus and slammed them down on the table and walked away. I had an issue prior with a waiter lieing about not being able to take food home from the Happy Hour menu . The same waiter that lied was our waiter and I declined. I asked for a different waiter due to the lies. I immediately asked for the manager Mark whom clearly wasnt ant help. I will NEVER go back and will be sure to tell all my friends and family NOT to spend a dime at Hazelwood. Terrible privileged type of service HORRIBLE!! Oh I almost forgot how the waiter and hostess was whispering and looking over at our table as if we were in the wrong. Do better HAZELWOOD

I have been eating here for awhile. Love this place. But my last visit Î ordered Lobster bisque. It was so watery and had fake crabmeat chunks in it. I sent it back. Also wondering when are they gonna change the menu?! Happy not happy
