Gluten free baked goods at their best. Nice to know that there is a neighborhood bakery like this for when we have company that requires Gluten free items. A tad pricey, but we don't need much, so it's OK. The cinnamon coffee cake was delicious, but I think the lemon cupcake type item was extraordinary!

I can’t say enough good things about Hold the Wheat. From the amazing staff to the jaw dropping amazing gluten free options, it’s forever a place that I will recommend. I don’t choose the gluten free life - it chose me and Hold the Wheat makes me feel so much better about my allergy. Go here you won’t regret it!!

Love the GF bakery options - Spencer cakes are must haves Baked goods are pretty good. I like the quiche, wife LOVES the biscuit sandwiches.
Addendum: State fair foods (at store, not fairgrounds) were outstanding! We tried deep fried olives, corn dogs, deep fried apple pies - all were delicious!
Service? Friendly, a bit sloooow, and a bit disorganized.

This is hands down the best gluten-free bakery in the state! Every single item I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. The quality is consistent, the flavors are spot on, and they’re always coming up with creative options that make it exciting to stop in again and again. It has been such a joy to watch them expand their menus, create specials and start to offer incredible savory meals in the form of the weekend dinners. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. No matter how busy it is, or what time of day you come in, the staff are always warm, genuine, and incredibly helpful. You can feel that they truly care about their customers, and that kind of consistency is rare. Every visit is a positive experience, and I always leave with a smile (and more treats than I planned for!). I recommend this bakery to EVERY single person who brings up being gluten free(or vegan).

Really good gluten-free bakery. Everything is delicious. The prices are a little high, but I'm willing to pay for good quality food for my Celiac son. If the prices can come down, this would be a highly competitive bakery/coffee shop with other non-gluten free places as well.

Very cute place. Has a few tables to eat in. Our favorites are the onion and gyuere cheese Danish and the Strawberry Poptarts. yeah Poptarts for the win. Only downside is prices, we get it the ingredients are more expensive, but $7 for one pop tart, roughly the same size as regular ones bites. However doesn't stop us from going there, just cant go as often as we would like too.
I wish they had more than one shop! My dad now stops in to buy my mom gluten free treats here! Everything is always FANTASTIC! Never found a better gluten free bakery with so many options!

Been going here for a year now. Food is legitimately great. Sweet or savory you can’t go wrong. Coffee is good but very inconsistent when it comes to mochas. Depending on who makes it, the mocha can be really great, but it’s a coin flip. Prices have definitely increased some.
