“Okay, I expect a little grime when I enter and Irish pub, but seeing a wet footprint and smelling a slight bit of old rag was not super pleasant.
HOWEVER, the food and service otherwise was amazing and will most likely come back for it. It also looks like they run a bunch of events, so could be a poppin' place in the evening.“

“We were staying downtown for a concert at First Avenue. We went to have dinner and a couple drinks. Bartender was amazing and atmosphere the best. Baileys Irish cream pie brought us back the next night for a drink and conversation. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Minneapolis.“

“We went for the Lynx tailgate party and it was a lot of fun but more so the food and service were some of the best we’ve ever had (and we go out a lot in a bunch of major cities).“

“Friendly community gathering spot. Pub sings, jam sessions, and gatherings of morris dancers are why I end up here, that they are at Merlins because Merlins has always been enormously welcoming. It's our community home.“

“What a nice, comfortable, and enjoyable place. We were staying close and wanted a burger for dinner, and the were over the top, fantastic! You gotta have the waffle fries, they’re worth stopping in on their own. The service was spot on, timely, and polite. Olivia was our server and she made us feel like we were her only customers, and the place was busy. Great place to bring the family. Two thumbs up for Team POG, Minneapolis!!“

“Super excited to try this place cqrh saddened by the dish we choose but had good work the super nice nd friendly waiter Tyler super helpful positive attitude. &And the manager made things right with what we're unsatisfined with.!! They fixed the problem right away. Enjoyed the appetizer so much, didn't enjoy the main dish, and they reassured us to come back and give them a second chance..guess will try it again!! Thank yu Stephie!! Again yur a great manager.“

“Awesome atmosphere, amazing service, (tacos are to die for, as is everything I’ve had), with beautiful spaces to be one on one or in a group. Also near my favorite shops! The Local - West End checks all the boxes! Oh …and free underground parking. Boom.“
