Family member placed a catering order. As told to they can come early to pick up the order. Great. Arrive they were out of tuna. One of the items paid for two days ahead. No tuna, no refund. Paid over $130 for an order to not get it filled. That is a scam and scummy thing they do. Only God knows how many people they have scammed out of money because of their incompetence. As well as they attempt to persuade semi force to pick something else. Will go back for a refund tomorrow since NO ONE there at that time can or want to give a refund. Bread was awful. Staff was non engaging and borderline rude. There’s too much competition in the West End to be sub par when making a sandwich. House cleaning is in order. Skip this one. Find a better JJ’s 2 miles away.

made order wrong after repeating it multiple times i’ve ordered the same sandwich for years and multiple locations and i’ve never had a bad one but this one regardless of being the wrong toppings is still horrible. the bread is stale which is their selling point and you can tell the toppings are old. wouldn’t recommend this jimmy johns on a sunday in the afternoon. they also said the didn’t have the free chips and drink after 2 which i just saw an add for no idea if that’s true or not but just another thing that was annoying.

I recommend you go into the store, the delivery service was awful. I hope Chris stays the manager for a long time. He addressed my issue the best way. I hope he turns this location around and I'll update my review when I go back. Jimmy John's food is great, can't wait until the delivery service is better.

Took a group of 30 kids to eat about 40 min before cloaking. The owner and workers were not amused. Not one smile or appreciation that we spent over 300. Horrible service. Never going back.
