Great staff! Always upbeat, and if you go often enough, they recognize you on sight and have your favorite ready by the time you're done paying. Food is great too, plenty of options. They even have wraps if you're into that. Highly recommended sandwich shop.

Went in for a quick sandwich, there were 7…… 7 employees just standing around while there was a line of people trying to order and people waiting for pick up orders.Only 1 PERSON was making sandwiches…. Out of 7. 7 people standing around shooting the bull.There were employees not using gloves and one employee was on her phone. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. Please change your policies.We will not be eating at this JJ’s again. One of the employees also was talking down to the one employee actually doing their job…. I almost said, “well you could help him since there’s 7 of you not doing anything.” To the man who was persistent and making all sandwiches, thank you! You rock! To the rest of you, please stop inappropriately swearing while customers are in the store and put your phones away. This was a horrible experience.

Honestly, I have way more poor experiences with this location than any other JJ's I've been to. It's amazing the slow delivery, but even when walking in and ordering, the lack of attention to what you ask for is pretty amazing. They have literally gotten my sandwich order right 1 out of every 7 times. And all i ask for is no tomato and extra sauce. Bummer.

I am 0-for-5 at this location. Deliveries take at least 40 minutes longer than what is quoted, even outside of the lunch and dinner rushes. In-store orders are fine, but the staff is short with everyone, like you're bothering them by being there. Orders are often incorrect, and the extra portions you pay for are disappointing.This store doesn't seem very efficient or well-managed when compared to other locations with higher sales volumes. It's baffling. You're better off going to the Jersey Mike's a literal stone's throw away.
