This is a great place near my house. Always nice staff and quick service. But unfortunately the last 2 times I had to use their women's restroom there was no soap (2 times) and the last time the faucet didn't work.

I wouldn't call this a terrible McDonald's, but right when you get to the drive-thru it's hard to hear what the drive-thru employee is saying.
Because they immediately blurt out is this for the app.
Instead of asking how may I help you.
Or can I take your order.
And leave it up to the person in the car to say that they have an app order.
