So awesome, my daughter would drive to the hospital & pay to park, just to eat at the Muffin Man. Some of their great offerings are the carrot cake muffin w/ fantabulous creme cheese frosting, beef stroganoff w/ mushrooms, Smoothies & great sandwiches. The waitstaff is often super-cheerful & adept at producing delicious goodies. Service area is clean.

Every six weeks for years and years, I am greeted with cheers and delicious yummies (while "pole dancing" my IV). Definitely makes my treatment days a whole lot happier! See you in 6!

Great little cafe on the first floor of Park Nicollet Hospital- just around the corner from the gift shop. The only con is the price. It's $5.50 for a "bowl" of soup, which is more like a cup. Sadwiches are aroudn $7 (or $ for half); salads are $7. Their taco salad is what I usually get. Shredded lettuce, tomato slices and black olives over a bed of tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, salsa, and sour cream.
