They took 1.5 hours to deliver our food.
NEVER GOT MY FOOD... after over an hour I called and was told my order was "in the delivery car"... waited another half hour, tried calling back. The phone was off the hook for another 15 minutes. When they finally picked up, I was told "it's on its way, they should be knocking on your door right now". Turns out, Erb's and Gerb's HAD been to the building, but not with my order, with someone else's. Finally, after waiting 3 hours, we just got Arby's. Whoever was on the other end...read full review
