Overpriced watered down drinks. The one time cozy atmosphere has been commercialized and downgraded when expanded to the hotel. The live band was mediocre at best. The only good thing was the friendly service. This was my last call at Charlie's Pub.

We went on a Sunday for lunch and asked for a window table, no waiter assigned to it's no and were assigned the table in front of the main door... freezing everytime came in... then we waitied looking at the menu which looks more like bar food than a real restaurant. After 20 minutes, we gave up and left through the hotel and realized that the waiters were chatting and laughing.
Never again!

Enjoyed walleye sandwich and stroganoff on a cold wintry afternoon.

We came for some light lunch and drinks, pizza was not bad, sad there’s no music on the roof top. Recommend if you are in the area, no need for a special trip.

Swung in on a Sunday, couldn’t find anyone to seat us for a while, grabbed a spot on the patio, waited almost 20 min to get a server, got a beer and some food, server never came by to say hello, had to get up and track someone down to get my bill. I probably could have walked out and they wouldn’t have noticed. Food was average. Location is great.

Food was great and the service was quick and polite. It was reasonably priced and we sat with a great view of the water front.

Not recommended. Dined here at 7pm on a Sunday. There was no host/ess. We wandered the place until we found the bartender, I think, who told us to sit wherever. Then we seated ourselves. We saw 4 other groups wander in, wait for a bit up front, then leave. The server was friendly and good at his job. The food was sub standard. The shepherds pie was cold in the middle, and the “nachos” were yucky…greasy ripple chips soaked with frothy flavorless green water.

Good fish & chips, Turkey melt. OK service from a newish server. When I asked for malt vinegar for my fries, she brought what looked like tartar sauce. I had to explain what malt vinegar was. She obviously didn't ask anyone what it was. When we got our check, I was charged an additional 75 cents for it!!! (She had that credited.)
Also, when asked about the 4% Surcharge, she AND a coworker were unable to explain what it was. Said that we weren't the first to ask about it, and that was an "owner" question. NOT an epic experience given their prices.
Will eat elsewhere first, then come for the music and drink pop.

I was there for lunch today. Connor was our server, he transferred our tab to Katelyn. This was supposedly so we could get the best service possible. Connor took a much larger table. after waiting a long time Katelyn never showed up and Connor was on to the larger table. We ended up going some place else.

If you are coming here make sure go through either the hotel side or patio. If you are going to have 3 entrances make sure someone is either staffed by it or lock the door. so many customers came in the corner door and NO one was around the place looked dead. The patio was hopping. we asked if they were even open. people were standing around looking to be seated and walked out after no one came to them even though mulitple workers were at the bar. food was good. and the bartender we had serving us was nice.

We went to listen to live music. I think they were understaffed for servers. Line wait to be greeted after we were seated. Then a 20 + min wait for One N/A beer and a mediocre house margarita. Our check was over $19 plus tip!

It was too loud on the patio to even hear the band. We probably would not go back.

The food was good. The service wasn't great. Buyer Beware: This establishment charges a 4% surcharge!
