Hotel Crosby Reviews
We stayed at the Hotel Crosby for a wedding in July 2026 and prepped in their Bridal prep room. The Bridal prep room was perfect for our group of 7 for hair and makeup - great mirrors, bright light, a place to eat, a private bathroom, and plenty of space to relax and catch up. Amazing spot and such kind generous helpful staff. Hot tub is a must and beds are super comfy. Matchstick restaurant on site is one of the best in town.
Cute hotel and a great location. For the price we paid, the room was pretty small and didn’t have much natural light. The room also had insanely tiny pillows and the no curtains, making it very bright. Was a cute spot and the staff were very accommodating, but a little pricey for what you get. Great location though!

Hotel Crosby offers a pleasant stay with a mix of positive and negative experiences. The hotel features rooms with balconies and river views, and the staff are praised for their friendliness and attentiveness. The rooms are described as super cute, with modern decor and a quaint downtown feel. The hotel restaurant, Matchsticks, is on the ground floor, and the short rib is noted as amazing, while the overall dining experience is fantastic, with the bartenders and food receiving high marks. Guests enjoy the fun atmosphere at the bar, which is lined with a remarkable number of liquor bottles. The rooftop patio is a highlight, providing a great view of the lively street below, and there is also a hot tub that could be enjoyable even in winter. However, the hotel has some quirks, such as sliding bathroom doors with limited privacy and issues with the seating arrangements in the restaurant, where the height of the tables does not match. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel has great potential, and guests express a desire to return.
