This hotel has so much potential but too many quirks to rate it any higher.Sliding door on the bathroom offers very little privacy. You could see into the bathroom with the door closed. The window coverings were roller screen shades. You can see into the rooms at night if you have any lights on. We had a 2nd floor king room with a patio. Room was small with very little storage. Celebrated my husbands 25th birthday and the staff were SO great! I called a day before to order some desserts up to the room - even though it was valentines weekend, they were accommodating, kind and super helpful! They had everything I had asked for sorted before we got into the room, and even had some gourmet chocolates ready for us (as a bonus treat!). Just want to shout out the staff at Hotel Crosby -- thank you for making my husbands birthday so special.

We spent two nights in the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were amazing. They left us a card and bottle of wine, which was so sweet. The bed was so comfortable, but the sheets did not really fit the need well.The restaurant was fantastic. We sat at the bar one night and the bartender was awesome.
