We spent two nights in the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were amazing. They left us a card and bottle of wine, which was so sweet. The bed was so comfortable, but the sheets did not really fit the need well.The restaurant was fantastic. We sat at the bar one night and the bartender was awesome. The next night we had dinner and the food was incredible. I will say the seats were oddly low, but the ambiance was very nice.We loved being here and will absolutely return.

This hotel has so much potential but too many quirks to rate it any higher.Sliding door on the bathroom offers very little privacy. You could see into the bathroom with the door closed. The window coverings were roller screen shades. You can see into the rooms at night if you have any lights on. We had a 2nd floor king room with a patio. Room was small with very little storage. No closet, just some hooks on the wall.Parking was good.Roof top area was great. Hot tub was very large but jets weren't working.Staff were excellent.Restaurant was very good. One issue though was that some of the seating is very awkward. Someone didn't do the math correctly on getting the seat heights to match on the long tall tables. People on one side of the table sit higher than the people on the other side. Not acceptable for that high level of dining experience!

This could be an amazing hotel but they are in need of a refresh. The walls need to be painted the sink had cracks in it, the glass shower doors had chips in it as well as the glass light around the mirror and the carpet in the hallway is starting to bulge up. There are no closets in the room, no towel racks in the bathroom and no amenities (no robes, fridge, ice, etc). There was hair in our sink and shower, and the bathroom vent looked like it had never been cleaned/dusted. Overall for the price you pay it was not a great or impressive room.

Celebrated my husbands 25th birthday and the staff were SO great! I called a day before to order some desserts up to the room - even though it was valentines weekend, they were accommodating, kind and super helpful! They had everything I had asked for sorted before we got into the room, and even had some gourmet chocolates ready for us (as a bonus treat!). Just want to shout out the staff at Hotel Crosby -- thank you for making my husbands birthday so special.

We had the best stay this past Saturday celebrating my husbands birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly we were upgraded to a king suite much to our surprise and it was absolutely beautiful so spacious and comfortable. The huge box of chocolates from the local chocolate shop was such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated the chocolate sampler was delicious. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and we never felt rushed, our waiter can’t remember his name, tall dark hair was personable and very helpful we did not make it to the rooftop hottub but we will definitely make this a yearly visit. Highly recommend. Hotel Crosby is the best!

My first stay at Hotel Crosby this past weekend exceeded my expectations. Me and three of my friends stayed and had the best time and was met with wonderful and accommodating hospitality from everyone we spoke to and who helped us. It’s also a great location for walking everywhere with easy parking. We booked a suite to celebrate my friends 32nd birthday and they gave us a complimentary upgrade and we were beyond thrilled and had so much fun. The room was also incredibly clean and well maintained. Thanks so much for the amazing stay and team at the hotel!

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The parking ramp was a little hard to find but once found very easy to access the hotel and spacious spots to park.The room was comfortable and clean and relatively quiet even though there was a wedding going on.Walkability: This makes it really easy to walk to the downtown part of town.

What an amazing hotel and awesome staff. My husband and I came for a romantic getaway and the staff at this hotel did not disappoint. I had requested our room early and added champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries. Not only was our room ready early with our added requests, but they also knew it was for a special occasion and added beautiful red rose pedals on our bed. We had brought our boat to see the fall colors on the St Croix and were worried about parking. The concierge went above and beyond to help us park in their parking area.Now onto the service at the restaurant in the Hotel (Matchsticks) If you get lucky to have John as your bartender then you are in for a treat. Not only did he remember our names he made special cocktails for us. At the end of the night he gave us a very special note on our nightcap that was paperclipped to the glass. It was such a special and unique touch. We will DEFINITELY be back. Oh yeah and the rooms are beautiful too. ?
