“We have been twice since Pedro's recent opening and the food, cocktails and service were outstanding both times. I loved the herbal flavors in my Spanish gin & tonic (rosemary and grapefruit with Hendricks). The spicy margarita was packed with flavor and a kick with that Fresno chili purée! The 18" pizza is the way to go to get the full New York style experience with puffy crust edges and large foldable slices. My favorite is the tartufa and my husband's is the picante, so we went half and half (plenty for leftovers). We always split the Caesar because it's so good with those roasted tomatoes! They have a few tempting desserts (pistachio cheesecake and espresso gelato) but we were too full to indulge. There is both bright outdoor tented patio seating as well as the darker and cozy inside tables (and bar) and we have enjoyed the vibe in both spots.“
“Me & 5 of my girlfriends decided to try this place out for our monthly Clean Plate Club. Our young server seemed very mature & knowledgable. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything on it was executed perfectly & tasted delicious. I recommend the Baked Brie & Garlic Cheese Curds as a starter… The Grilled Fillet was amazing as well as the Salmon for entrees. Hopefully its location (tucked back behind the emporium - exit 4) will not deter the Hudson elite from making it a favorite spot. Given their food presentation & quality - this place should have a line out the door.“

“10/10 experience in every aspect! Amazing food and drinks, the ambiance was beautiful, and our server Samantha was incredible. She was quick to get us our food and had great recommendations for what drinks to pair with each course. My wife and I will definitely be coming back many more times!“

“ABSOLUTELY Chicago pizza Deep Dish!!! Not some version of pan pizza. Chunks of tomatoes in the sauce, sausage made in house, and a flaky crust. I had the Wrigley and it was AWSOME. Dare I say better than Loe Malnati's? Yes!!! Thank you for bringing me back to Wrigleyville. The thin crust wasn't Chicago, but it was absolutely delicious as well.“

“We spent two nights in the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were amazing. They left us a card and bottle of wine, which was so sweet. The bed was so comfortable, but the sheets did not really fit the need well.The restaurant was fantastic. We sat at the bar one night and the bartender was awesome. The next night we had dinner and the food was incredible. I will say the seats were oddly low, but the ambiance was very nice.We loved being here and will absolutely return.“
