“This is my third time coming here and it is great! The “gin parade” is great, so many options. I highly recommend the new blood orange housemade tonic. Food is pretty good too. The most outstanding food is the pizza! Honestly some of the best pizza in mpls. They gave me a special dietary restrictions menu which I always appreciate so I added that here as well.Dietary restrictions: Ask for the dietary restrictions menu!!“

“When we discovered The Tasting Room we were looking for somewhere special to celebrate my Husband’s 50th birthday. We came to the Tasting Room and I contacted the owner and head chef, Nico, over email. Nico was very responsive and provided great communication the entire time, making the planning process much less stressful. Nico was able to accommodate all our needs easily.Once we got to the restaurant, we were escorted to a beautiful private room in the establishment's basement. The room was designed to resemble a speakeasy and had a large wine cellar in the back of the room.Once everyone arrived, Nico began to present a wine tasting to us himself. He was very knowledgeable about the wines and was able to present that information entertainingly. The wines he had picked out tasted delicious as well. Along with the wine tasting, Nico and his marvelous staff served a wonderful dinner consisting of Black Caviar, Olive Oil Poached Salmon, a wonderful Wagyu Beef Zabuton, and more wonderful items. Throughout the entire service, the staff was attentive and kind and ensured that we and our guests were taken care of.For the high-quality service, the price was also quite reasonable. We recommend the Tasting Room to anyone, and we will be coming back.“

“I love that the menu is made up of both tapas-style options and full entree dishes from the Caribbean + also New Orleans- some of my favorite flavors! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. Both the cocktails and NA drinks are fantastic, and the ambiance is a welcome addition to North Loop + the Twin Cities-- festive, fun, relaxing, good vibes.“

“I love how Aloft hotel has this trendy, fun bar attached to it! They offer a wide variety of cocktails, and their menu of cocktails based on music eras was super cool. The bar is super cool and has changing lights on it, while the whole room it's based in has a chill, cool ambiance. It's also nice to be able to grab a Heggie's pizza while you sip.“

“I want to preface this by saying it was delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere on a Friday night is lively and fun.I just can't give it 5 stars in confidence because the lychee cocktail made me incredibly, acutely ill. I was keeling over in stomach pain and retching bile within an hour of drinking it.This sucks because it was absolutely delectable and I would drink it again, lol.“

“We planned on a different brunch place but the wait was too busy so we called wise acre and the wait was only 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. We didnt know what to expect with this farm to table restaurant but we were excitingly impressed! There’s just one seating area with long tables, so you’ll sit by a stranger but there’s enough space. They have a system in place to make things more efficient when ordering. The menu was great, with many options that aren’t overwhelming. Our group got a few biscuit sandwiches, the bowl, and French toast. The sandwich was exotic- definitely upgrade to bacon than sausage because it was thick bacon. The flavors of the sandwich were amazing together, and when we tried each ingredient separately it tasted different! It blew our minds how the flavors melted together. The biscuits were going to take extra time to cook, so they offered me a different vehicle of bread- I chose the croissant.Looking around the restaurant, the favorite dish was the bowl with toast and greens. It’s honestly not as expensive as I expected given the quality of food. There’s also a little pantry in the corner with home grown items. They have a freezer section with fresh meat ranging from steaks to meat stick. YUM!The place also has an outdoor heated patio on the side in addition to the tables in the front outside. Great place!!!Parking: They have a small parking lot so expect to search for free spots on the street when busy.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids on the restaurant and kid friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs“

“There so real creative genius going on here. The concept is funny to go along with food. Whole venue is toned properly, it’s warm and inviting. We tried about 6 different dishes and nothing fell short at all. Over delivery imo. The classic broth left me wanting more even after the indulgence. Took on a sake flight with surprise poor’s from our host. Can’t remember the gentleman’s name but his recs and knowledge of the drink list and menu helped to highlight how they do the work so well here. I’m town for a few days only, so happy to have found this gem. Recommend to all.“
